Many other recycling centers I checked on Yelp were closed on Sundays. Three men worked there. They seemed very nice. One little problem I had was I struggled a little to find them because the map app directed me to this plaza and I even started driving down the back looking like alley but didn't initially see anything because they weren't open yet. After my first visit here, I will be returning but after reading the other reviews, I agree to save time by sorting glass, plastic bottles, and cans separately at home and we wouldn't have had to sort them there. Also Sapporo beer cans have to be separated from shorter soda cans. I do like that their scale is out in the open for you to see but I didn't get a copy of the receipt. I mean he showed it to me to sign and I got $13.25 crisp new bills for about 5-6 white trash bags of glass bottles/cans/plastic bottles. Bring your own wipes or some water to wash your hands if you have to sort your bottles/cans. Can get sticky.

I am not certain when this location sprouted up, but I an glad that it did. It is located in the…read moresmall shopping center off Iris Ave and Perris Blvd. It's behind the donut shop and the Pizza Hut. I went here on a Saturday afternoon thankfully after they had returned from lunch and man they move a lot of volume. There was probably about 3 people ahead of me with large amounts of recycle. Thankfully I was able to get in and out in total under 30min or so. They also give you cash on the spot. Word to the wise sort your recycle at home before you come, it will make your time quicker and a lot smoother. That's what I had done. It allowed me to skip most of the people as they still needed to sort their materials. Also I did a rough count of my items before hand and while I was packing them into the barrels and the math seemed about right. Give them a shot for your bottle and can recycling needs.

This class was perfect! We arrived on time and the turn out was really cool. It seemed like approx 50 or more people. The volunteers were all spectacular. We started with hello speech and a short introductory film on the history of the olla. Michael Perez the lead of the workshop was humorous, had great timing, and was very polite. The video was from "Nature's Lost Vault". We went outside under a huge shade cloth area with picnic tables. We (mostly everyone) all followed the instructions and made our olla. We also took a tour of the Vermiculture section along with the compost and mulch area. I will definitely keep an eye out for the next available classes. Thank you all very much!

Hands-down, the worst company I ever had to deal with! they missed our trash pick up last week…read morecalled customer service gave us the runaround, blah blah blah today they picked up our trash, including our trash bins without letting us know what was going on. Call them to find out what the issue is they were not sure so now the best they can do is bring us new trash bins a week from now! so now we have to pile up trash bags on the side of our house for a full week and hope no animals get into the trash bags and make an absolute mess! Looking at all these reviews, I am shocked that this company doesn't try and change things but I guess when you have a monopoly on the trash game, screw the customer that pays for the service. New company motto. " might pick up trash & treat the customer like ass"
