Took my vehicle in for an oil change. A month later I'm 3 qts low. I drive maybe once a week, tops,…read moreso I know it's not from running it hard. No oil on the ground where it's usually parked. I call them and they can't even tell me what grade of oil they put in. Take it back to them, they say they can't find a leak. Take it to the dealer and pay $300+ for them to also tell me there's no leak. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but now seeing they can't even manage a basic oil change since the management change, I highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.

Get a call 30-40 minutes later saying it will now be $500. We go ahead and pay because he needs his car obviously. Two days go by and they call and say it's ready to be picked up and everything is great. We get no further than 8 minutes on the highway and it overheats again. We go back to the shop and they say "we don't see anything wrong with it and when we take it out, it doesn't overheat" and we were sent home again. We get a little bit further this time and it overheats again! Overall, they made him pay all this money for his car to not get fixed what so ever. Probably going to have to take it somewhere else and pay even more money.

I had replaced the entire exhaust system just six months earlier, so I was surprised when they quoted nearly $1,000 for the heat shield, claiming it was not included in the prior work. After discussion, the manager agreed to cover it. However, this left me questioning the clarity of their previous service descriptions. While the car was in the shop, they recommended replacing the rear sway bar. The estimate instead referenced "rear suspension" at around $700, even though I had replaced the full suspension (front and rear) only two years ago. Again, they stated the prior work did not cover this component. These inconsistencies have seriously damaged my trust. When I returned to pick up the car, an employee handed me a broken key (the electronic component had detached). Staff then made rude comments, suggesting I find another service center and telling me they no longer wanted me as a customer. A manager joined the conversation and the interaction became confrontational. The main issues appear to be vague terminology, poor communication about what parts are included in repairs, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. As someone who is not a car expert, I felt misled and no longer confident in the services I had paid for over time. This experience has cost them a long-time loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
