Also, gave other helpful preventative and troubleshooting advice. We appreciate them NOT taking advantage of us and the situation we were in. Since we were dependent on their skill level and expertise, it would have been very easy for them to be jerks. However, this was not the case. When response was offered it was vague, unspecific and grammar made parts of it impossible to understand. I believe I was being told to stop emailing questions, when at the time it was my best way to communicate. Eventually staff began to sound confrontational and it seemed logical to give up on obtaining complete answers. The work performed seemed competent from what info I could get, although they did not fix everything they originally quoted would be accomplished and stated it would be a further cost. The property serviced is on an island, and I found it odd that while they share ferry fees when servicing multiple properties, they seem to charge individually for travel times even when making one collective trip for multiple parties. Overall I believe the 4-5 hrs of work performed was over priced at approx $4100 and communication was inadequate, eventually abrasive. Will not use in the future.

The owner/operator's experience really shows as he was able to deduce the location of the lids rapidly even though they were buried under a brick patio.
