He's issue was with my phone number having an LA area code. He kept going over that he wouldn't tow the car if the info wasn't correct and that the number couldn't be mine because it's from LA. I tried to explain that the number was a good number to reach me and I even gave a work number that's an OC number. He then said that he was done and wouldn't tow the car. Long story short, he left and we worked with a company called S&K Towing. Far better experience to say the least.
