Guy picks up almost immediately and can normally get on the same day. I would say it's budget friendly.

We were stranded off the 5 hwy late at night for 2.5 hours waiting for our insurance company to pull through (which they never did - AVOID METROMILE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE). We called multiple places to see if we could get towing service but many were closed on a Sunday night or too busy and would require us to wait another 60-90 minutes. I called Economy Tow from a list of companies on yelp and was SO glad I did. Tony picked up right away, asked where we were (knew exactly where when our insurance company kept getting it wrong), said he'd be there in 45 minutes and got to us in 30! His rate was fantastic compared to the other quotes we got. I highly recommend Tony and his team for any towing or even car repair. I can't thank him enough for getting us home safely! read more

I got my motorcycle towed by Economy tow today. Not only was very pricey (double from what I had paid for a similar distance two months ago with a different company) but when we arrived to the motorcycle service to drop the bike they asked me to pay an additional $100 on top of the quoted price. They clearly tried to take advantage of me. Even worse the truck flat platform was full of oil, super slippery and unsafe. They got the tires of my motorcycle full of oil - brand new tires - and now the service department has to clean them up for additional cost. If you need towing I would use a different company. read more

This is one of those hard places to review. I have mostly good things to say but also something negative so I decided to level it out with a three star review. I needed to have a car towed from my house to my mechanic and Economy Tow was recommended to me. I called and they were able to help me out and they arrived when they said they would. The driver was really nice and the towing experience wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. My issue is with what happened when we go to the mechanic shop. I handed the driver my card to pay and he told me they only take cash or checks. What the heck??? I didn't expect to need a tow and assume most people don't either. Why would I have cash to pay? And who even writes checks anymore??? So weird and totally could have messed everything up but luckily my mechanic payed for me and allowed me to pay them with my card. read more

Owner is an outright thief. I crashed my vehicle and he offered to move it to his lot tip I figured out what ibwas going to do with it. No fees or charges. Free storage til I figured out what to do with it. Then he put a lien on the vehicle and sold it without any notification to me or the finance company. This is vehicle theft. Grand theft auto. I didn't have the money to take him to court and he knew that so that is why he offered to store it on his lot. He parted the vehicle out including the engine for several thousand dollars (I know because I know who purchased it). The dirt bag owner made over $7,000 off of parting it out. But listed it as sold for scrap metal. Stay away!!! I spoke with him after and he said nothing about compensating me oor anything like that. He said sorry but you left it on my lot for 72 hours and it became my vehicle after that. Even though he gave me his "word" that nothing would happen to it cuz his lot is secure and has cameras. He wouldn't take my calls after my 2nd or 3rd call. Never returned my calls. Cuz he is a coward. Coward Towing should be the name. read more

I was towing my trailer when the hub on one of the wheels broke. My only option was to have it towed, on my own dime, because I hadn't added RV roadside assistance to my AAA membership. I started to panic because the quotes I was getting were $500+ for a 40 mile tow. I called my mechanic and he recommended I call Tony. His price was very affordable and his customer service was top notch. I could tell it was a lot more work than he anticipated so I said I would pay more. with this Pamela n, I was loading a car in a parking lot and in order to load the car I would have had to block in their vehicle for the 5 to 7 minutes that it takes to load the car. all I did was ask them if they were going to be long so that I could either block the car in or allow them to move out before. These are two very hostile individuals and it was totally out of line how they acted about the whole thing but I just kept my mouth shut. I was only asking them so that I would save them time while I loaded a vehicle in the parking lot. These weren't customers of economy tow the reasons were just people in the parking lot in a spot where they were going to be blocked in for 5 to 7 minutes. Economy Tow seriously just made my day! I needed my car towed and my insurance company was supposed to send someone out. Literally no one showed up until 4 hours later and about 10 calls later and by the time someone did show up, he had the biggest attitude and refused to tow it. So I was beyond frustrated and I called up the mechanic who were having it towed too... I got referred to Economy Tow by North County Auto Repair. Tony called me up within 5 minutes and he said he will be out in about an hour. He literally showed up within 40 min and was awesome! I am beyond grateful for him and this company!
