Terrible service. Rude. maybe a Scam company. Made me wait for 3 hours after promising 25 minute eta. Then tried to double charge me for fuel that was already paid for thru HONK service provider. Honk and Farmers both confirm the tow provider should absolutely not be asking for money as I have already paid for service, billing me twice for the same thing and then charging insurance and HONK. STAY AWAY. RUDE. SCAM. EDIT: After posting this review the owner Ryan has been blowing up my phone harassing me after refusing to provide service he was contracted to provide. I have contacted HONK and Farmers respectively to file complaints as they both have confirmed I should not be paying for fuel as it was already paid for thru HONK. my next complaint will be with the BBB and if the harassing phone calls continue I will be calling the OCSD and my lawyer as you have already made things up that did not happen. good luck scamming other people you low life POS read more

I had an issue with my Tesla where the 12 volt battery went dead so originally called AAA to set up a tow. They sent out a technician but he could not get the car onto his tow truck so basically left after that. I spoke with Tesla and they recommended Alpha. The gentleman Alpha sent out, Chris, was super helpful but more importantly knowledgeable. He was able to get everything going to the point where he got the vehicle running enough that he could drive it onto his flatbed. The absolute best tow company I have ever used. Needed a tow to my mechanic about 25 miles away after my trucks radiator cracked and dumped all the fluid. I called a couple that were referred to me by geico and those companies wanted $500 and were going to take an hour to get me. I logged in to Pep Boys and requested a tow to the shop and the set up was very easy. Plus they have a tracker on the site! Within a couple minutes I had a confirmed tow from Alpha and they got to me within 15 minutes! It was also half the price. My dad's car would not start a few weeks ago (it is a brand new mercedes). With the newer batteries, I guess it was not driven enough to put charge back into it (he works from home). We were referred to Alpha Company Towing by the Mercedes dealership. The tow truck was there in 20 minutes, and jumped the battery. They could have left then, but they followed my dad all the way to the dealership to make sure he got there safely. The owner of the company then called my dad and explained to him about maybe getting a "triple charger" "trickle charger" (? lol) for when you don't drive your car everyday. The owner of the company picked up the phone when I called in, he was very honest about the wait time on a busy weekend day, but I had no option. The other day, my car broke down and blocked the right-turn lane. I called my towing company, but they told me they would take 90 minutes to arrive!!!! Since my battery had died, my hazard lights wouldn't turn on, I had to sit outside and flag down drivers to let them know my car was dead so they could drive around. It was freezing outside, so I reached out to a tire company that I conveniently broke down next to. Initially, I only asked for a cone to place behind my car so I could sit inside and stay warm. But fortunately for me, Chris, my future savior, was there. He offered to look at my car and see whats up. He jumped the battery and helped tow my car to a gas station across the street. Not only did he help get me out of the street but also out of the cold. So I can't express how grateful I am to Chris for his generosity in helping me with my broken-down car.
