The issue was he had us walk all over to find an atm that worked just to send a text asking if I had cash app. I was irritated with having to walk on a time crunch when it could have been prevented. I was giving him the cash and he asked if I received a text. I said, "yes, after I walked and got the cash already." He took it as me having attitude and backed out of the original deal he offered us. He agreed for us to put half down and make payments and then told us to get out of the shop, he's closed, and until I had the full amount, the car would have to sit there. 3 people in my household use that vehicle for work. I used my last money to get an uber and he knew it. He left us stranded there. He took his stress and frustration of previous customers out on us unnecessarily. I had to scrounge money for an Uber, call family to help with getting the vehicle out, spent $60 in Uber fees, and was 3 hrs late to work. My son also had to call an Uber to go to work because the owner can't control his anger. Poor management skills! Neither my partner or I raised our voice, cussed at him or was angry. I was frustrated that I had to waste time to walk if he was willing to take cash app from the start in that situation. We were repeat customers and he has previously been good to us and we even hunted him down to make payments to ensure he had them. Now, I'll never use him again or recommend him after what he put my family through. All bc others haven't paid him on time and he "has 7 kids to feed". Maybe take care of the customers that HAVE been good to your business and you wouldn't be in this situation. Definitely needs lessons on business management and communication.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this auto parts store. I've been a loyal…read morecustomer, regularly bringing my vehicle in for service, but that loyalty was clearly not valued. I was charged over $300 to swap tire pressure sensors from one set of wheels to another--a service that Discount Tire offers for just $100. When I questioned the cost, the service advisor told me the high price was because they are an "auto care shop" and not a tire shop, essentially admitting they are not suited for this kind of work. If that's the case, I'm even more disappointed that they didn't recommend I go elsewhere instead of charging me three times the going rate. When I brought this up, they doubled down and insisted their pricing was average--which it absolutely is not. If you're a woman, a college student, from out of town, or someone unfamiliar with fair pricing in auto services, I strongly caution you against bringing your car here. In my experience, they took advantage of my trust and overcharged me for a basic job. I will no longer be taking any of my vehicles here. They've lost a paying and previously loyal customer through their actions.

Me myself have been a Collision Technician for years, the work this shop produced was poor and quite frankly embarrassing for myself as a technician. I inspected his vehicle in my shop at home and was flabbergasted. There was dry spray all along the bottom part of doors, didn't even attempt to make a blend on the adjacent panel which would be some what passable if the color actually matched. I have found several fish eyes as well. I used a thickness gauge to check how much body filler they used, wasn't surprised at this point that a lot the door was made of filler. more mills than should be used. Also no corrosion protection was used for the backside of the repairs where they have pulled on the metal so rust will be a issue down the road thanks to them. When it comes to the Collison business, you are taking peoples lives in your hands repairing their vehicles. SAFELY AND CORRECTLY, NOT CHEAPLY. it should be illegal to make these poor repairs. I would recommend a I-CAR GOLD certified shop to do your repairs, not this ghetto little shop. There is a few shops around Stillwater that are I-CAR GOLD. Go to them instead, pay a little more and get it done right so you can keep your family safe!

Had a transfer case replaced in February '24 via aftermarket part from LKQ for $1800. In April…read more'25 same part went out again. Was given a quote of $1300 this time as I was advised the part costs $860I called LKQ immediately after leaving there office and discovered the part only costs $320. He advised the labor would be around $500. I contacted BBB due to his unfair pricing and was advised to refuse payment unless he produced a receipt. After asking for a receipt for the part, Ronnie stated, I don't have a receipt, we paid via credit card. Needless to say it's 2025, this guy is a crook and takes advantage of people who don't look into his antics. BEWARE of this place to say the least. I will never go back to him regardless. Over $3000 for two after market parts that didn't total $700.
