I cannot believe I did not review this gem of a place earlier! Yusef is a magician. He has saved me from terrible problems on a few occasions and literally saved my house by printing my plans out quickly(I mean like in 20 minutes-last minute), so that I was able to submit to the city for approval and keep the time line set with contractors alive and well. Nobody in the area was even willing to do this same day and definitely not in under 30 minutes. For work, he was able to print employee manuals for me quickly and another couple of times last year, some signs that I needed to post in my facility for the ever changing covid regulations in a workplace. Yusef can print and have ready any print order you can throw at him in a reasonable amount of time and at a fraction of the cost the corporate copy places offer. I have been using Canvas on Demand for years to print my images. This year they changed the name a merged and became Pro Prints. They have been absolutely stellar with their customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would! Yousf is a pleasure to work with. I needed some signs printed for my wedding on short notice, not only was he able to do 24hour turn around for me he was $60 less than FedEx and much easier to work with. While FedEx wanted me to pay them extra to resize my designs Yousf was able to use my original designs and they came out beautifully. I can't recommend him enough for all printing projects. I am a student who traveled here for the summer from West Virginia to visit my relatives and had a bunch of stuff to print out for school. I looked for a print shop on yelp and saw Proprint opened up in the same building that I used to buy my soccer equipment from a soccer store that was formerly there. I was worried about the quality of work at first, since I always get my stuff done at Kinko's, but Porprint's prices were so much cheaper that I would end up saving almost 50 bucks if I had it done there. So I gave it a shot and contacted the owner, Yousef, who is just a fantastic guy and he told me that I can even have my school email the stuff directly to him and he could have them ready for me in no time. I went through with it and I must admit I did not expect such high quality and genuine service from such a small print shop that was so reliable and on time. Yousef was so impressive that I ended up opening my own yelp account just to share my opinion about him and his great services. Bad experience. The form notarized was not an updated form. I had to drive an hour back on another day to get it properly acknowledged with another form which I provided. He blamed us for not having the updated form. Meanwhile, he is the professional notary who should know the proper form the first time. Both parties non-apoligetic and annoyed. Very hard to find the tiny shop. read more
