    I was happy to find out that there is a UPS Store in Pasadena. I was in the neighborhood so I took advantage of my presence and brought my Amazon return here. Funny, my visits to the UPS Store is usually very quick unless there is a long line. However, this time around, the wait time was in the parking and not the line. This UPS is located in a very tiny corner plaza. Parking is so tight and limited... it was unreal. I had to drive around a few times before getting a parking spot. I got really lucky because they were near closing time and I wasn't sure if anyone would leave and if I would have to try for another day. Once I got into the store, it was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. They scanned the package, gave me the receipt, and I was out of here. As for my return to this location, it probably will not be my first pick due to the parking challenge. But if I must, then I will come back.

    Have you ever paid 37 actual dollars for a box? No. I mean just the cardboard. Well, if you've ever been curious what that is like, just stop by a UPS Store! Today I went to return an Amazon item at UPS. My item was 32x16x4. So, basically, needing a flat rectangular box, not terribly large. Well, UPS had one, and it was literally $37 dollars!$40.46 after tax. Since I had to return this item today, my hands were kinda tied. I had to dish out the dough for CARDBOARD! CAAAARDBOARD! Forty whole dollars! Way to really screw your customers, UPS. Literally never using your services again. Thanks

    The couriers are very irresponsible. There's A coded box at the door and they throw it down on level A, and they take a very blurry picture, and there's no surveillance, there's nothing, and it's gone, it's a pair of Balenciaga shoes and a shirt, bad company, bad staff

    This is a small cramped location with a tiny parking lot. Lol. That being said, the staff are very nice and I've always received good service. This is the closest location to my house so it is the one I use. I'm just not a huge fan of the set up of the location or the strip mall itself.

    Fast, efficient. Not very cheery, not big on greeting customers or saying thank you. But gets the job done.

I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!

    The last two times I've gone to this store I've had a really bad experience. The first time I…read moreemailed them a file and asked for 20 copies. When the employee opened the file from the email all the margins had gotten messed up but he never bothered to tell me. He printed out 20 copies of the corrupted file and handed them to me and charged me. I was so upset with him for not having the courtesy of pointing out that the file had been corrupted so that I could fix it. I had to resend it and pay again for the printing. His attitude was "that's your problem not mine". The next time I again sent another file to print as I wanted a good quality print. Again I got the same employee. I asked him if the file looked okay before printing and he said it looked fine. Once the copies were made he charged me and then handed me the copies. The colors were all messed up and the copies are totally unusable. I told him that and asked if his printer needs ink. He just shrugged and said it's new ink and then turned away! Another wasted charge. Even though I'm local and want to support my town's businesses, I am never going back there. The customer service is atrocious (at least this guy).
