Before we moved into our house I started researching pest control services that had less toxic options for pets and people. I asked for a quote via Yelp on a Sunday but did not expect to get a response until Monday. To my surprise the owner, Sarah reached out almost immediately and answered my questions and sent a quote. I was honestly shocked at how easy it was to get the information I needed and the appointment set up for just a day after we got the keys to our home that week. Fast forward to the appointment. Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. Made suggestions to help proactively keep pests out and worked quickly but efficiently inside and outside the house. He even checked that I was aware the eco friendly inside spray had a slight odor and wanted to make sure I could tolerate it before he sprayed it throughout the house. The whole experience from scheduling, invoicing, and completion of the service appointment was incredibly smooth and the people of EcoPro Services were a pleasure to communicate with. I found active termites in a wall so I made an inquiry because I wanted to have Fipronil injected under the slab after drilling holes for it. The owner Sarah (an entomologist -- bonus) called me in a few minutes. She said they don't do drill+inject Fipronil, but she reviewed my exclusion plus bait station plan and made several helpful suggestions. It was a 20-minute call and she knew from the beginning that this would not be a paying job for them since the one thing I can't do myself without a pest control license is something they don't do themselves, but she was generous with her time anyway. At the end I offered to pay $50 for the consult but she said it wasn't necessary. I will certainly call them if I'm unable to locate the entry point of rats into my rental house. read more

I had been being bitten by bugs while in bed, and I was afraid they were bedbugs. Sarah came out and did a very thorough exam and told me they were kissing bugs. Much cheaper to get rid of than bedbugs. I was so happy to hear that. Sarah was very knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs and I learned a lot. She did a lot to calm my fears and was very compassionate and supportive. Another pest control company might have told me I had bedbugs and charged the higher rate, but not Sarah. The next day Ray Dale came out to spray the bedroom for kissing bugs and spray around the outside of the house to prevent any future problems. He was very friendly and respectful of me and my property, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I have not had a problem since then. Both Ray and Sarah were so kind and supportive. EcoPro is fantastic. Sarah is just great - thoughtful, smart and runs a great business. We lived on 1.5 acres right up against forest and got lots of bugs. We had toddlers and my wife is very careful when it comes to pesticides/ chemicals. Sarah does a great job balancing keeping the house and property bug free without blitzing your life with harsh chemicals. For our house, we said no chemicals inside the house and Sarah had to figure out how to get it done with oils and other voodoo stuff, she totally pulled it off. She is a true insect expert with real degree in bugs (ornithology or something) from A&M, not just someone that bought a franchise. It shows. Fantastic service start to finish at a very reasonable price. Sarah really knows her bugs! And this is not your typical spray everywhere service, it's very intentional. Spray outside and put traps inside to see if we are dealing with anything coming in. Guessing the throught is to get them outside before they have a chance to enter. She also seems to care about not affecting beneficial species. Customer service is fantastic, was on time. We are also trying here mosquito service using a fungus. We have continued to have fantastic service from her over the years, including great communication and friendliness. She welcomes any question and is very thorough in her answer/explanation. She's fixed all our bug and rodent issues! Here's the original review: We had a MAJOR fire ant issue on the south side of our house pop up in early January 2021. The ants had started coming into our bedroom/bathroom/kitchen. Sarah responded to our request for services within 24 hours and scheduled to come out 24 hours after that! She is extremely friendly, kind, and super knowledgeable. She patiently explained everything that was going on with our situation and what steps she was going to take to eradicate the ants. The ants were pretty out of control, but she was able to get rid of a large portion of them. Late January and early February we were still getting a slow trickle of ants in the house. Each time we called Sarah, she fit us in as quick as she could to take care of the ants (at no extra cost!). At the outset, Sarah told us that it might take a while for the ant killing product to make its way throughout the colonies in our yard, so we weren't surprised when more showed up. Its now mid-March and the ant situation is more under control. We haven't had any show up inside our house in about a month, but still have a couple mounds in our yard/on the side of the house. We're confident that Sarah is someone we can count on and trust to take care of us, even though this situation has gone on longer than we wanted. This is a tricky review for me to write because the treatment hasn't taken place yet BUT in a phone call with Sarah it was quite obvious that Sarah knows her business, diagnosed the problem with my crepe myrtle trees and got the cure in process. Oh my gosh, I thought I had written a review years ago. So I've been using Sarah and her crew for 3? years now. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have this company protect your home from the basics and then be there when something weird happens. Ok, here's the basics. Sarah comes out regularly (I really don't know how often but it always seems like the right amount of time). She or one of her crew sprays for insects outside. They are thorough and are always proactive about asking you if you've seen anything inside or in the garage that you want them to look at. Well, here's the weird. My cat got fleas once from basking in my back yard and brought them in. I was horrified. Sarah got me on the phone immediately and explained what I needed to do in terms of vacuuming and all of this information I had no idea about. She came over the next week to check if there were any still alive. She kept touching base with me. Another weird happened a few days ago. My HVAC person found evidence of some kind of animal in my attic. I had been hearing noises, but just thought they were squirrels on the roof. I texted Sarah. She texted back within an hour saying when do you want me to come by? She just was in my attic and assessed what was going on and we have a plan. So here's the deal. LOVE Sarah! Talk about someone being knowledgable about bugs. She's just awesome! I noticed her spraying my neighbors house so I got her business card and as soon as the hot weather hit, we started getting annoying roly poly's and small spiders. Within the week, Sarah was at our doorstep. She did a thorough check of all over door frames leading to outside to determine what additional steps we could take to fortify our door besides bug spray. She made several recommendations and dang it, they worked! Before I was able to add the corner seals, I noticed a significant reduction in bugs from her spray. Upon adding the corner seals, bug intrusion has been almost non-existent. Sarah has a wonderful personality, her costs are reasonable, and my cats just loved her.
