Brock has been to several houses that I have lived in over the past 7 years. He has treated the houses for cockroaches. The first time was in a house that had roaches for decades. I was introduced to Brock through a friend and decided to give his team a shot. The price was right inline with the company I had been using for nine years (they were shutting it down in a couple months). Typically we have a few bad times of years with tree roaches, and once I see one, I know there are way too many more lurking. Those brown flying bastards make me squirm, and we had just seen the first scout of the season. Brock is amazing! I had been working with a different pest control company for a few months and nothing they did made a difference. I still heard rodents in the ceiling and walls and, sadly, my neighbor was suffering the same fate. She decided enough was enough and luckily found Brock. She couldn't have been happier and had nothing but great things to say about him. The noises in my ceiling were getting worse and the rodents finally found a way into my kitchen. Brock serviced my ant-infested home in South Austin which is tenant occupied. He communicates well, has an online billing option, and was able to schedule the tenant in within 48 hours of me contacting him. The home needed multiple treatments and the tenant had a tight window with her travel schedule of when they could make a second visit. After researching various local companies, I decided to go with BrockStar last month and am so glad I did. Such a nice guy and did a thorough job on our initial treatment. Our house is one year old and we get a lot of scorpions. He plugged every weep hole with copper mesh along with several sprays and dusts. We even were doing spring cleaning in the yard this past weekend and didn't see a live thing. There are typically scorpions and crickets behind all our border rocks. Highly recommend! read more

Brock really is great...I found him via Yelp and after reading the reviews I knew this was the guy to go with for our (yikes!) bed bug problem. He was so helpful and upfront about everything. He was quick to answer my (many) questions and was incredibly accommodating to get over to our house quickly since my fiancé and I were both getting ready to go out of town right when we discovered the bed bugs. Don't call. He never calls back. He came out once to treat because I liked what he said about working with my dogs. It's a line of bunk. He barely sprayed inside and charged a fortune. He covered the back yard in something very well (could have been water for all I know) as I wanted treatment to keep away flea and tick. He's nice...But when calling to reschedule he states he will call you on sundays to schedule for the week. I text multiple times and left message. Nothing. Tons of sundays have since gone by. Guess I'll try somebody else. AGAIN. Must be the going thing in the bug business around here. Fired the first company for never calling me back. I'm 0 for 2. Hm. read more
