Upon hearing about how much more energy efficient their products were, we were sure we were making a money saving decision. Since installing these products our electric bills HAVE NOT gone down! We got our most recent update on our electric company stating our upcoming bill is going to be $100+/- more than last month. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We were told we would notice a difference immediately, but its absolutely NOT TRUE! I expect this review to be deleted because they are misrepresenting their products and they tend to lean toward older people, to sell this stuff to. I have contacted the loan company and they said they don't arbitrage between sellers and buyers. We are senior citizens and we believe we were taken advantage of to get our money. Im going to contact anyone I can to let them know that we feel as we were scammed. They said they would email the quote over. I followed up a few times to get this emailed quote to see for myself what they were trying to sell my mom for that much money. After many messages to them for the quote to be sent over, they have not responded at all. I am guessing the sales person realized that the quote would go to someone else for scrutiny and he could not trick my mother into this sale easily. Major predatory behavior. Watch out, folks. No job seemed too big for them to tackle, including scrambling up a tall ladder to clean my 3 huge upper windows 20 feet high. They also reattached my falling undermounted farmhouse sink while upgrading the kitchen faucet. Replaced two dead fluorescent ceiling lights with beautiful new LED fixtures. Patched up a gaping hole in my exterior brick. And so forth. And as if that weren't enough for the day, Mark offered to lubricate the roller mechanism in my outdoor porch shade, on yet another ladder... no extra charge. These gentlemen were so polite and helpful despite all of the day's challenges, I really did feel I received far more than my money's worth. They set up an online video chat to discuss the options and since I live in a smaller home (less than 1000sqft) and my electric bill is already so low, they actually explained that it just wasn't worth it for me to install a solar system. Their sales staff was super kind and honest and didn't attempt to upsell me. Instead, they explained that the payback period on a system of my size and with an electric bill as low as mine would be more than the average payback. If I purchase an electric vehicle or add on the house and my energy bill goes up, I'll consider having these people do my system. Thanks for being good people!

All issues occurred pre-COVID-19: The problems began from…read morethe time the first walk through was supposed to take place. The electrician was a no show. The owner apologized and said that he would make it up to me by taking care of me. I missed work to be there for the walk through and had to miss work a second time for the second appointment where the electrician was still late. On October 17, 2019 I was told that the install would take place in a week. The panels were delayed being shipped and did not arrive on time, so I had mounts installed on my roof with no panels. A customer service rep called me and said the panels would be delivered Friday evening October 25th. They said they were personally tracking them and for me to be at home to accept shipment. Nothing ever arrived. Then the same customer rep said they were out for delivery Saturday morning, October 26th. No one ever came to the house. Solar Alliance tried to pass the blame on the business they bought the solar panels (CED) from saying they were only passing on information. On Monday, October 28th, I got a call from a dispatcher saying they would be delivered today with a window from 8am-4pm. When the panels arrived, a single individual loaded them to a dolly and was not able to pull them up our driveway, put them in our garage. This ruined the epoxy on my garage floor that was applied a few weeks before. I could not leave them on my driveway since I have a strict HOA. The installers were not able to come back out until the next Saturday. I informed the owner that this would be fine as long as they were there early since I had a weekend family trip that had been planned months ahead of time. The owner confirmed they would arrive between 9-10am Saturday morning, November 2nd. 10 am comes and no one has arrived. I call the owner and finally hear back around noon that they were delayed at another job in Spicewood Springs, which is an hour away. I asked why they would tell me a specific time if they knew that they already had a job at that time. The owner said the subcontract their installations out. This raises all sorts of red flags. The installers are shown on their website as employees. (This website is now down) This was clear deception and dishonesty. The installer said he would be there by 3:00 pm and did not arrive until 4:45 pm. Again, the owner said he would make it up to me and offered to compensate me $200 for my garage floor damage, which does not cover the cost at all. My project failed inspection and as far as I know it was never passed. Never did anyone walk me through what was done or how it works. This is probably because it was not working. The system does not report on 2 of the three things it should (Solar to the Grid, and Grid power consumed.) The last communication I received was March 6th, and their website is now down.
