I hired CAP to remove asbestos siding from my home. I had spoken with and/or texted Jesse a few…read moretimes prior to the day the work began, so I felt pretty confident in his & his team's ability to get the job done, safely. HOWEVER, the day of -- Jesse's crew came by and immediately began hacking away at the siding, with no one wearing any sort of PPE or spraying any water (???). I quickly contacted Jesse and he apologized, and then apparently spoke to the team and ONLY THEN did they put on proper suits and started spraying things down. This left me feeling extremely unsafe and anxious for my health and that of my next-door neighbors, who have a small child. I had assured my neighbors that I had hired a reputable company to remove the siding so I was horrified at the carelessness with which they began. They gave me a lame excuse about one of the guys "being new" which makes no sense when you're a company that supposedly does this kind of work day and day out.
