Agreeing with the person who said this experience was a nightmare. The salesman came into our backyard and said he was giving us a half off special because he was in the area. I thought it was a good deal so I accepted the appointment for an initial spray. After talking it over with my husband we decided to cancel. We called the number and the reps were hard to understand and insisted that we have to talk to the sales rep in order to cancel. After speaking with 2 different reps we are now waiting for our initial sales rep to call in order to process the cancellation. I also noticed that they sent me an email with an account set up and had me scheduled for quarterly treatment for over a year! And I didn't agree to that. Effect of it is that when you cancel after two visits, you will pay over $600 [includes WA state sales tax, approx 10%]. So,,,,$300 / visit. That rate is non-competitive. Was given a deal of 3 visits to get rid of ants. Still had ants after 2 treatments and when they came out for the 3rd we told them where we thought they were coming from. Was told they could not spray there. Called to cancel our "deal" and they said we owed them $200!! Was on the phone with them for over an hour, sent from one person to another....DO NOT use this company. The service did not work for getting rid of bugs, spiders, flies and wasps. I contacted them and they did come back out for free but it didn't solve the issue with the pests. I contacted to cancel and the wanted to charge me 300.00 to cancel. They wound up discounting me for the remaining services. Should've asked for everything in writing. First they say the biweekly service was 120$ (verbally, and in writing) then they said verbally $89 then there guy comes out for 5 min sprays around the house and leaves. Couple days later, after spending 1k on the exclusion service they send me a 220$ bill. Nope. Not happening. CYA ya'll. Then 20 days later the cupboard is full of ants. I am here to recommend EcoShield as your families new pest control solution! They're thorough, honest and affordable! When I learned of rats under our house I was terrified, and disgusted I called several places and received numerous quotes, only one other company came out and their quote was astronomical and the estimator spent 5 min here. I was told once price at the door and that it would cover 6 treatments. However, this amount was billed every time they came out. I called after the second service (no reduction in ants, which was what they were there to treat) and I saw the second charge. Knocked on my door for a service promising a free first service and touch up, if we were satisfied, they would do a monthly contract. All they needed was a credit card on file. We always had a problem with spiders and ants at our property so said sure! They came out and knocked a few webs down, but we noticed no decrease in the amount of insects on our porch or coming in through nooks and crannies. We asked for the touch up and they never showed up. We ended up moving out and a month later got a random charge for over 100 dollars. When we called them and told them we didn't live there, nor did we ok them to come back, nor did we sign a contract, they refused to give our money back. We had to call our bank and put a stop on them, the next month they tried to take money again, but because we had stopped payment for them they couldn't. So they called and said if we didn't pay them their would be a cancellation of contract fee (which we never signed) we told them to get lost and have made sure the bank knows better then to give them anything. Scam artists for sure. Once they get your card number they just get you for as much as they can. read more

In early October I was scheduled for a service. They reached out to me via text to confirm on Sept 29, 2020. I didn't confirm. The date of service came and went and I had no evidence they showed up to service my home for this time. The spiders around my doors, eaves, etc. But, I was still charged $164.85. My attempts to reach them we futile. Emails and voicemails went unreturned. My next step will be a complaint with the AG's office. When they have shown up and responded to my communication, their services were fine and they were professional. But not responding despite multiple attempts? Two teens kids came by our house and tried to use fear tactics on my wife by telling her there were black widow and rat problems that we didn't have. We are pretty sure they let a rat out on our property. They come out 3 different times and I swear we had more spiders. Call to tell them the service doesn't work at all, abd am told no one has the authority to cancel my contract, out on hold for hours, straight up timeshare tactics for refusing to let me cancel a contract. Their service didn't work at all and they still expected me to pay for it, and their customer service people were awful. Never have I dealt with such poor customer service, called to cancel my service and got yelled at and was bullied by one of their representatives. They were initially hired for a carpenter ant problem. They came out sprayed sprinkled granules and seemed to make the problem worse and moved the ant indoors , I called several times to get the inside of the house treated as promised with the initial service and was ignored , I was also told a 45 day followup would be done at no extra charge and low and behold I get a $200 bill was emailed and what was their response to that ? oh we're sorry you were lied to but that 45 day follow-up is billable and we can come do the inside for $50 off !! 1 hour later and a lot of yelling I finally cancel with a $400 bill email to me...
