I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue, and the quality of the work. I have some experience with other pest control companies in the past. Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

Many reasons why this company got a 1 star:…read more 1) the person over the phone quoted us for a survey and traps and said they would quote us for any additional patchwork that needed to be plugged. Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. The one time we needed extra help in between regularly scheduled visits, they came out right away and took care of the spider problem and a wasp nest. I don't find myself having to repeat or re-tour a new associate every month or two, which is nice. Consistency and professionalism. We don't have nearly the same issues neighbors nearby do and I think it's due to regular maintenance visits. Happy to say spiders are better, insects are better and we haven't seen any rodents (besides cute little squirrels,) in years. I also like that their techniques preserve some of the "healthy" balance in the yard. Even though we have regular maintenance for insects, the treatment seems to only effect them.
