I called EcoSmart cause like everyone said on here, they got great reviews and you don't want to mess with a pest control company who don't know their stuff! Mike D came over, gave us an encyclopedia knowledge of roaches and ants - hey the more you know! We discussed pricing options and got a great deal! The next day we got two Mikes and they used their eco friendly pesticide power to get rid of the bugs, their mommas and their cousins too!! Both guys were so personable (got some great restaurant and furniture references) and made us feel more comfortable of not worrying about these pests trying to get in from the Florida streets! I am only pleased at the service from inside my house. They did do the outside services but honestly didn't help. The services were as I was not home the last time. They never showed up for payment for almost 3 months. They are not professional with customers accounts. But they are okay with the eating to send payment to collection. How can you say your coming and then not show up and then threaten me. This is my last time using this company. I personally felt I'd give them a chance since my neighbors used them but never again.. 2 stars for the unprofessional and threatening to never showing up. I had to demand to have them show up. The team that supported us was great. They were reliable and responsive. I gave them four stars rather than five because whatever they were using to control insects and spiders simply wasn't enough. Each visit I told them about it and they would do extra but we still consistently had spiders, Roaches, and other insects. We just have to try something else. read more

Compared to the other pest control companies Ecosmart is by far the best pest control company I have had ... we had ants all in my house and I researched good companies and gave this one a shot and I am sooo glad I chose ecosmart because both Steve and michael described what species of ant I had and they showed me how they live and where they thrive and within 2 weeks they got rid of all the terrible ants in my house. Excellent pest control and outstanding customer service!! I found EcoSmart Pest Solutions through Groupon and communicated with Steve through his website and via email. He was attentive and honest up front and that meant the world to me. I had a recurring ant problem that got worse when it rained. I bought the Groupon in good faith and hoped for the best. Well, I got it! Steve called me beforehand and arrived on time on for my appointment. He was very accommodating and explained everything up front. He was extremely friendly and not pushy at all (which I have experienced with other pest control companies in the past). He readily accepted my Groupon and took care of the interior and exterior of my home. It's been a month since my service and I have not had one stinking bug in my house, even after Hurricane Hermine passing through! Mind you, I have a conservation lot/swamp in my backyard and normally find a random roach in the house after a hard rain. NOTHING so far. The reason this business is EcoSmart is because they load the pesticide into the electrical outlets in your home so your pets and living areas are safe. He also sprayed around the house outside to keep the buggies out and I will honestly say, it works. No bugs at all. It doesn't get any better than this! I met Steve almost 5 years ago. A average ROUTINE drive home from work changed my life foreverrrrrrrrr! the Germany roaches had took over my house and I money didn't grow on trees back then Heck now either lol. I could not take another "I CAN KILL THE ROACHES AND GET THE JOB DONE ONLY TO HAVE THEM FEED THEM AND COME BACK TYPE OF BUSINESS.. So very discouraged and lost for hope .. I was at a stop light an looked over and a little sign was in the ground so i called and the guy (receptionist) says Steve does a great job i had him do my house and that was 5 years ago.. Im like "yeah right How does he stay in business if that the case" long story short I called and set my appointment because I had tried all Terminix etc... What did I have to lose!?? Steve came over to my house and sat down and he was amazing!!!!!! He knew his Roaches and bugs .. he knew about bugs I never even seen .. HE also identified A raccoon problem .. he walked me step by step of what to do and what was going to happen . I promised you everything he told me happen.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a horrible experience with this business. I've never had an issue at my house in the past with bugs but noticed a problem a week or so ago which was the reason I tried out EcoSmart. Before purchasing the groupon, I contacted this company and spoke directly with the owner. He advised that I would be able to recieve a full service to take care of my roach issue stating they would "honor the groupon". The rep that came out didnt treat my home properly. A few days later I noticed that there were a couple live roaches in the kitchen even after he dropped "traps" to treat this problem. The rep said while he was at my home that if I have any more issues to call him and he would come back out to treat the area at no charge. After still having problems, I called the company back and the owner said they would not assist me. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They were extremely unprofessional and misleading throughout the entire process. read more
