I was charged almost forty bucks-which is pretty steep in my opinion but the car cleaner's really handled my baby with care. At the end of the wash, there was an attendant at every angle of my car, wiping, shining and drying it down inside and out. They didn't forget to vacuum inside my cup holders either. DO NOT waste your time going to this car wash! I had been going to the car wash for years. I asked the employee if he needed my remote and he said, "No, that's ok." A few minutes later he storms into the area where you pay and said, "You cut the engine off!" I said, "No, I didn't. It was still running." He yelled, "Yes, you did!!" I gave him the remote and said, "I asked you if you needed the key and you said, No." He was yelling something else that I could not understand. I told him I was not going to argue with him. He was so busy yelling that I did have the chance to tell him that the car turns off the engine automatically after a few minutes. I asked the woman that was taking the payments for the manager's name and told him how rude he was. She said that the man that yelled at me was the manager. I told her that I wanted the owner's information, which she claimed that she did not have. She told me I should talk to the manager (the man that just yelled at me?) to get the owner's information. Why would I talk to him? He had the remote to my car, I don't know what he might do. Anyway, I got the business address, which is why I'm posting here. I'm absolutely positive that this man would have NEVER talked to a man like that. He was so chauvinistic that he thought that it was acceptable to speak to a woman like that. He was in a rage because the engine turned off? He has some serious anger issues. I will never return to this car wash. I was trying to support a local business and that low-rate business has completely lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere.
