He said he did and that's the best they can do, which was pretty crazy. I used my hand and got it off pretty easily but he said they don't do that. So I spoke to the manager and the manager said that they don't do that because it would take them hours to clean that side of the door. I showed them that it was simple to do with just my hand. I even said just give me the towel and I'll do it myself but they wouldn't even do that. I went home. Took a microfiber towel and essentially finished their job to clean off the side of my car. I was just so baffled because it's a car wash so I didn't think I was crazy expecting the car to be clean; and then to show them that it was easy to get out and wasn't anything ridiculous, and they still wouldn't do it. So it just felt like I was burning money and then having to fix their terrible job. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. You can probably do a better job hand washing it yourself than spending your money here.

Overall great when you have time to wait for the Everything but the Kitchen Sink special. There is a weather guaranteed (I didnt know until I saw on their website) that states if it rains/snow the same/next day, you can bring your car back the following day for a complimentary exterior wash and no reciept is needed. That's cool! When they first opened years ago, I had signed up for a car membership deal for unlimited wash for 1 year in their first year (there was some restrictions about how many washes per month). It was a gift for my husband which he throughly enjoyed and used. I'm not sure if they still do that now as I only signed up once.
