I just want to say this is the best hand car wash I ever went to I have been coming here for years I have a transportation business and I can't go to a regular car wash because I have two sprinter vans the job they do here is amazing from the workers to the owners mother and son business it's a family business you don't see that anymore I highly recommend this car wash you sometimes wait but it's worth the wait be patient it's Bec they take there time on every car so be patient don't come here if you're in a rush and want your car not clean if you want to make sure you're car is perfect and you wait a little longer and have a family atmosphere come here. read more

First time here and NEVER AGAIN! This place just broke my rear view mirror while "cleaning". The owner has NO CLASS, no apology, no offer of even a $1 discount. Such jerks!! My car wasn't even clean either, I had to go with one of their rags and wipe off the excess dirt and crumbs they left. $50 later, I have to drive away with a broken mirror. Stopped by for a hand wash this past Sunday. My regular place was jammed packed and it was close to closing time. I passed this place and figured I would give it a shot being that there was no line. I have a new ram 1500 pickup and admittedly, it's been about 3 weeks since my last car wash, so it was on the dirty side. I'm watching the crew handle my truck, and I see they are using the same rag that cleans by the wheel wells and the bottom side of the door panels on my doors and hood. I begin to cringe. I keep my mouth shut as I am watching. Before you know it, my car is out from under their tent and they are drying it off. I notice the bottom portion of my doors as well as my bumpers still have a film of dry dirt on it. They start rubbing the dirt with the same towel they are drying my truck with... Huge broad stokes. At this point I tell them to stop. I explain that they missed spots and are rubbing dirt into my paint. The owner / gentleman in charge, offers to clean it again, but honestly I had zero faith in their work so I left (and still tipped the crew $5). Hey, they were probably not trained, and they seemed confused at my abrupt departure. I go home, survey the damage and see swirl marks across the entire body of my truck. Thankfully I have a great detailer. $190 and 5 hours later, my truck is swirl free and my paint is just as beautiful as before. Lesson of the week. There was a reason my regular car wash had a line 10 cars deep on Sunday afternoon and this place was empty. The average person going to a hand wash is particular. Perhaps the owner needs to retrain their staff. Either way, it makes no difference to me, I won't be back. read more

I'm not new to high end car washes but this is not a high end spa... I took my $130,000 AMG suv for a wash, paid around $40 and it took them 10 mins to wash the truck lol... rims was still dirty, dash dusty, it was a regular quick Mexican wash, never again read more

They Took out my bmw floor mats for cleaning and never place them back . I Didn't realize at first . I Went back and asked them about it . Apparently they give it to someone else. They Supposed to get it back and deliver to my house . It's two weeks already and never heard from them or receive my mats back read more

The car wash here is excellent, they do a great job and have great customer service. Always a pleasure having one of our vehicles washed and detailed here...But DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE(pathway auto repair shop in rear of car wash) TO GET WORKED ON! The mechanic here, Manush, is a shady liar. Brought my car in for an oil change and watched him do it, he did not replace the oil filter and than when I questioned him on not changing it he said "no I changed it, you didn't see me change it? While i was emptying the oil from underneath" I then looked up online how to change the oil filter on my vehicle and turns out you don't even change the oil filter from underneath the car, it is a cartridge style oil filter that is changed from underneath the hood near the airbox. So I am now 110% positive that he did not change the oil filter. This guy is a snake and a liar! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR MAINTENANCE. Unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. read more
