There is a indoor waiting area but if you live in the area, you can go home and come back when they call you ti retrieve your car. They are known for hand-wash/dry but now had upgraded for faster service with special equipment to speed up the process. There is equipment to spray soap from above, as you drive into the the pre-soap area and then exit car to let them finish the rest. Good detailing but sometimes can miss a few spot. Overall great when you have time to wait for the Everything but the Kitchen Sink special. There is a weather guaranteed (I didnt know until I saw on their website) that states if it rains/snow the same/next day, you can bring your car back the following day for a complimentary exterior wash and no reciept is needed. When they first opened years ago, I had signed up for a car membership deal for unlimited wash for 1 year in their first year (there was some restrictions about how many washes per month). TL;DR: great hand car wash spot but be prepared to wait a while since it gets real busy I've been going here for my car washes for a few months now. They do a great job. I do the interior too (I have a dog so there's lots of dog hair) and they do a good job of cleaning everything up. They have a pretty big spot inside. I think they can usually do 4-5 cars at a time (including interior). I would just be ready to wait if it's a really nice day out since it's a pretty popular spot and depending on how long the line is, it may be a while. The one star reviews are correct. Avoid this place. They broke my windshield and then denied it so I have to sue them in small claims court. I watched them check the video and the windshield was completely intact. The first pictures are their own surveillance showing the intact windshield when I came in, the next picture is how I found my car when they said they were finished. The Wash is trash now. They have water down soap & under age workers sometimes. They promote that they can remove scuff marks for free just take care of his workers. But can't get salt off car from the snow. You ask them to clean it. it's a problem. They have $17 carwash special now. Because business is slow. And they using less soap and less effort. read more

I've visited here about 3 times. Mostly because it's close by & my favorite spot is booked, & $17 for a outside only "hand-wash" isn't that bad when in a jam. I say it in quotes because it's half done with foam & Wash rags. Then it moves into the mechanical stage to be washed off. My very first visit there. I got the Everything was additional Paste Wax option, rim wax, and purple rain. This costed a pretty penny. However, this is the only way to tell how well of a job they'll do. Well, it wasn't as good as you'd expect for spending well over a $100 on a "hand-wash." The wax job was sub-par. Literally waxed my trim and when dried left weird white streaks(couldn't tell this at the time). The rim wax wax a joke. There was residue and wax left behind. Now.. this is where I got upset. They have a policy "check your car before you leave & we'll fix it." Now, when I pointed it out to the person who brought my car out. He got defensive saying "that's your rim, we didn't do that." I said that's clearly not my rim that's wax & touched it with my finger and showed him. He got upset & then grabbed a cloth and started to wipe it. I showed him water was still leaking & he didn't appear to like being told stuff was wrong. That was not a good experience. You advertise "show the staff any imperfections" & when you do they get upset. I also feel that's crap logic. Why do I have to show the staff? Take pride in your work & do the spot checks before telling your client it's ready. Other hand wash spots do. I was here just last week... it's still a pandemic going on. However, the staff doesn't seem to think so. I'm glad the guys working on my car had mask on. Because at least half of the staff did not wear a mask & they're not enforcing the customers to wear them either. There was two customers just sitting inside with no mask on. Where you're supposed to sit and wait. That was very concerning. Overall. It's an overhyped car wash. Their additional services aren't worth it. The owner / social media account handler comes off very rude. Blames clients rather than take some effort to offer an apology or some effort to improve. It's funny. Social Media Hype has made their business flourish but it's all just a facade. I even noticed the rude responses to other reviews here. Went in today for a car wash BC it seriously hasn't been cleaned in probably 6 months. I paid for the 'everything' wash which was $30. I'll admit my car was much cleaner than when I brought it in, but they missed much attention to detail. There were water spots on my trunk which they tried to remove. They removed a good bit of it (not all) - I was fine with that. BUT There were still dirt stains on the doors that I ended up just scratching/wiping off with a Kleenex at the end of the wash.
