I was charged twice for the same service, and when I brought the issue to the attention of the owner, Deanne, the interaction became extremely unprofessional. I was spoken to harshly and dismissed rather than helped. This was after already waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment. What concerned me most was that my card on file was charged again for a service I had already paid for. When I followed up repeatedly regarding the duplicate charge and the promotional balance I believed I was owed, I received inconsistent explanations and was ultimately told that I was not owed anything. The core issue is that the promotional offers I purchased were not honored as advertised. I have copies of the original email promotions and receipts documenting my purchases, yet the terms of the promotions were later disputed. I was also sent an invoice indicating a refund amount that did not match what I had actually paid, and no corresponding refund was received. At this point, I am pursuing the matter through the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state board. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatments there to consider another clinic or at the very least keep detailed records of all promotions, receipts, and communications. Based on my experience, I would not advise proceeding with this clinic.
