It's the kind of place where corrugated siding is a design element, and two-ton pickups are the car of choice. This is why you, the princess that you are, need a refuge for your soul. You can't make it out to the coast every single day to let the mist clean the grunge that is Sonoma County off of you, to let the sound of the waves clear out the tiresome pounding that is Highway 101, or the fairgrounds racetrack, or the squeal of the neighbor's dog whose owner was set on the noble aim of making boxer-chihuahua puppies. You need to go to a place like this, or the one or two cute trendy cafes that you might find downtown. Michelle has been doing my bikini waxing for several years and I feel totally comfortable with her. I'm not saying it's any fun but she's very kind and sympathetic - completely professional. Michelle is professional and knowledgeable - her medical background gives her a much better understanding of what skin requires to look its best than most estheticians have. She was able to determine what my skin needed and now I go for a monthly facial and don't wear makeup any more! She knows how to provide a relaxing atmosphere and going to see her is always a delightful experience. Update March 2013: Michelle has just introduced a small line of French-formulated perfumes. She worked on the fragrances for over a year, carefully tweaking the combinations of scents until she got them just right. My favorite is Fleuri - a mixed floral fragrance that is fresh and light, although I also bought Citronne, a bright sassy citrus blend with a hint of strawberry. These are the kinds of perfumes that you would find in a top specialty store at much higher prices.
