One of their technicians (Andy) came out immediately and after measuring both, provided me with different options. He was so thorough, professional, and not in the business to upsell! Their office personnel are extremely communicative, and let me know at all times the status of the project, amount due, etc. The install tech (Darien) was on-time, professional, respectful, and efficient - I was pleasantly surprised when he said he was done (in a couple hours) vs what was originally expected to be a 4-6 hour project. What a truly amazing experience from beginning to end!

Understand that not everything will be perfect but I probably shouldn't have been the one to have to point thing out like basic window operation not being correct, missing exterior caulking, etc. Some issues were fixed the day of install but most needed several service calls to address. As of today (two months later), I am still waiting for two defective windows to be replaced in the kitchen. The front office phone reps were all great as is the service tech that has come out the last three times. I just wish I didn't need to adjust my schedule to accommodate all of these visits. Since I'm still waiting for the original job to be completed, I can't in good conscience leave a review better than two stars. 4/14/26: Windows were completed today. Thank you to Kevin and Aaron for taking my concerns seriously and getting everything done.

The quote given was honoured when I was ready to go forward with the installation. The windows were installed yesterday, and the crew did an amazing job. They managed to complete the whole house install in 1 day, versus 2. They were efficient, clean, and so, so kind. My initial contact was with Ireland Wood. She had initially dealt with my husband and was SO kind when she found out he had died. Summer Schertz coordinated the install, and Phillip led the install team. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Lake Washington Windows. I love my new windows! Thank you everyone on the team.

Horrible experience from start to finish. It seemed like the owner was more focused on automating…read morecustomer interactions with AI than on providing actual customer service. I ordered a single sliding glass door, and it took approximately 178 days--nearly six months--to have it correctly installed. The original installation included the wrong door, and the installers also damaged the fixed panel. What made the experience even more frustrating was the repeated failure to honor scheduled appointments. Multiple times, the company scheduled and confirmed service visits, only to never show up or communicate that they weren't coming. Each time, I had to move furniture, remove window coverings, clear access to the door, and rearrange my schedule, only to do it all over again for the next appointment. This level of service is simply unacceptable. If you're looking for Milgard products, I would recommend Sound View Windows or Lundgren Enterprises instead. Based on my experience, they offer much better customer service, often at the same or even a lower price.

It's now been 10 months since completion and we've experienced zero issues whatsoever, which is testament to the quality of the work. From the start, Kirill was responsive and responsible. His bid was competitive, and he was extremely detail-oriented. Since we wanted to order our own windows from Dunn Lumber, we had multiple conversations to ensure the measurements were exactly right. His thoroughness paid off -- all the windows arrived exactly as planned, avoiding delays or returns. During the installation process itself, Kirill and his crew (Ivan and Ivan) were always on time, courteous, efficient, and professional. They may be the ONLY contractors we've ever worked with who finished within the timeline that they laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kirill and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. It would be nice if they also offered finishing services, like drywall touch-up and painting, but the quality of the work that they do specialize in is absolutely impeccable. Don't think twice about hiring Cascade!

Ivan and his team arrived on time and completed the install, replacing the exterior window and the interior door trim to match what was installed (but with better quality). Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. Ivan, Roman, and Teras were all attentive to our interior and made a point to clean up afterwards.

This was by far the lowest quote we got but it was that and the professionalism that made us choose them. The crew was great - fast, efficient and very, very skilled with Hardie board siding. We had several other projects done at the same time and each contractor commented on how well the Hardie was being installed. They kept us informed and communicated well when there were questions or decisions to be made. The entire project was done in six working days, clean up with thorough and we are 100% satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Energy Exteriors NW and when we need to have our windows replaced, we will definitely be contacting them for the work.

Do not use Energy Exteriors NW for window installs! We had a horrible experience with them. We were…read moreout of town when they installed our windows and they installed windows, one with a hole in it and another with a large defect in the middle. The defective window is our large front window and it was very noticeable when looking at our house. We have video of proof of them finding the hole and examining it shortly after install, the contractor told his boss about the hole in the window and they said nothing to us about it. They tried to get us to sign off on the project without telling us about the hole, but luckily we noticed it and brought it to their attention at which point they informed us they already knew about the hole. Horrible business practice. They took no responsibility for installing a window with a hole and another with a large defect, but made us go through the window manufactures warranty just days after they installed the faulty windows. We then had to wait a month for the manufacture to come throw up a new pain on the two windows in 10 minutes and leave. They did not restore the argon gas in the windows which improves energy efficiency and raises the temperature to prevent condensation and moisture build up. Within two days, the two replaced windows were completely covered in condensation, none of the other windows had condensation and they are claiming this is normal. When their sales person came to the house we showed him all the upstairs windows and asked him to add to the quote and scope of work the replacement of all ten of the upstairs window sills, he said no problem, will be easy. When they came to do the project they replaced 10 of the 12 downstairs window sills instead of the upstairs window sills and told us because we were not there for the critical measurement this mistake was our fault. They originally said for a large additional fee, much more expensive than we were originally told they would come back in 2 months and replace the upstairs window sills and later said they would not finish the work even though they were paid for the entire job. We chose to go with them only because they could get the install done the soonest, big mistake on our part. If we could do it again we would go with Window World, their presentation was much more thorough and informative. We spent over $34k for 25 windows to be replaced and window sills to be redone and have an incomplete project, which they are refusing to finish or take ownership for the mistakes. They told the finance company the job was complete while we were still out of town even knowing there was a hole in one of the windows. To end it all they are threatening to sue us if we leave them bad reviews. What a nightmare, save yourself the hassle and disaster and DO NO go with Energy Exteriors NW!
