Have you ever dealt with a company that acts annoyed when you call them? One that treats you like a second-class citizen? How about one that acts as if they are doing you a favor? Have you ever done business with rude and nasty people that have no clue how to treat customers? If not, please callECRB! In an age where we can rely on useful resources like Yelp to avoid dealing with people like this, I typically don't have this problem. Unfortunately, the municipality where my truck was involved in an accident gave me no choice. They called this sad excuse for a business to tow my vehicle. For those of you who have a choice, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. In addition to the way I was treated, the driver actually hitched my truck on his the wrong way!(See the picture and you will be amazed). I know very little about towing but what I can tell you is that if your wheel is literally bent in then that's the side that should be hitched to the tow truck! read more

The worst business owner to talk to. And unreasonably overpriced Just got my car moved 6 blocks and charged me $65.00 The driver thought he was going to a different location and when I realized I was probably given the wrong estimate I called again and just received the most insulting business talk. He didn't let me explain that my car was going to a closer shop, just gave my the "take it or leave" it attitude. No reasoning. David was great. By far thee best tow guy I've ever dealt with. He was super professional, super considerate, and an all around nice guy. I had to make a couple phone calls while en route to the mechanic and he turned down the music. At one point I needed to write something down and he handed me a note pad to use. Just super considerate and on point. If I'm ever in need of a tow again, in the Bloomfield area, I'll be calling these guys. My car was completely stranded at my apartment complex due to a dead battery. I called AAA, and was told there would be a two hour wait until someone would be there to assist me. Luckily, help arrived within 40 minutes. Benny from ECRB Towing came promptly to help with my issue. He identified what was wrong with the battery right away and determined that it needed to be completely replaced. Luckily, I was able to get the issue efficiently repaired and remedied on the spot. I appreciated Benny's professional, friendly, and knowledgeable approach, and that he was able to take care of my problem right away. How do you advertise 24 hours towing when I've been calling since 12:30am and it is currently 2:50am with no answer or call back!!??? This company is a joke and it's affiliated with the woodlands in Belleville where I pay for a designated spot and they said they were not sending any tows out to remove a car that's parked in my DESIGNATED SPOT! I have used ECRB many times over the years since they are affiliated with AAA. I have never had an issue with a driver nor do I have any complaints. As far as someone saying they are expected to pay first, it's probably because they have seen people screw them over way too many times and not want to pay once their car has been towed to the location they choose. I have seen ECRB out there in rain, snow, in the middle of the night, etc. So I wouldn't blame them for asking for money beforehand, however since I have AAA I never had to deal with that. I am pretty sure ECRB meets all the standard and necessary guidelines to do their job well. read more
