Diego and his staff were as welcoming and understanding as I would've expected from a close friend. His estimate was the least expensive of the four and his work, done on time, made my vehicle look as good as if it was still sitting in the showroom. I should add that he addressed some scratches (at no charge) because they were close to the scratches that I complained about but decided to live with, as he correctly believed that the finished product should look new, not just repaired.
