We have been enrolled in autopay for the past 10 years with Statefarm which this office took off too without authorization. Because of the new account created our online account kept saying no payment due. Now we are behind, and we have never missed a single bill. Because of this mess, all our discounts were taken off, and our monthly installment is now doubled. When I called, I was treated disrespectfully, constantly interrupted, and even yelled at. While writing this, James McPhee called me and threatened me to not call his office, even though I have not called them. A man threatening a woman is unacceptable.
