Agents are laxidasical and seem uninterested in returning phone calls. Waited 2 weeks for a…read moreresponse. Something didn't get processed and I ended up without coverage for a week before the cancellation letter arrived. When it was all said and done, I found out the paperwork sat on someone's desk and never got processed. All the agent said to me after was "well you've got coverage now so it's a non-issue". Well it wouldn't have been a "non-issue" if I had needed to make a claim! I've been with GFB for a couple years but I'm fed up with the service. Come January I'm switching companies. My auto rate also doubled with zero claims or violations. Nothing good to say about this agency and I believe it's 100% due to their incompetent agents at this office.
