I never knew it could be so good. Compared to my last realtor, working with Ed was night and day difference - no, complete dead of night darkness and light of 1,000 suns difference. During the cray-cray months of finding just the right place, Ed was an effective listener, more than patient, objective in giving us his opinions - and fun to boot. I don't know how he does it, but Ed seems to remember every place we ever saw. While we might be gushing about 1 place, Ed would pipe in and compare/contrast with another place we had seen weeks ago. We never felt pressured about making a decision - ever. In fact, if we had decided not to buy, I think Ed would have said great, let me know if I can help you in the future. On more than 1 occasion, Ed leveraged his connections (i.e. contractors to mortgage brokers to inspectors, etc.) which were only were only a phone call away - even while driving between appointments. The ease of access and the value of Ed's connections not only far exceeded what I would have expected, but it so helped reduce our stress.
