After eliminating the battery as the culprit we researched places that fixed starters and alternators and All Charged Up had OUTSTANDING reviews, so we gave them a call and later had our car towed to the shop on Travis Road. Charlie was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to repair our car. He went to UPS to pick up the starter instead of waiting for delivery during this busy Christmas season. Called back to check on the part and the store manager said he didn't know when it would come in, and did not care. Did not care that my family has no transportation to work, and made it clear he could have cared less. No effort to fix the problem, offer help, listen, work with us. This guy should get a different job if he's miserable there, and let someone willing to work and help people be put in his current position. We have spent a lot of money with Advance Auto Parts through the years, but never again. O'Reilly or Auto Zone will get our money from now on. So the wife and I took a ride over to the shop. Walk in and was greeted with a very warm welcoming. Owner asked us if he could help us and we informed him that a mutual friend had sent us there cause right now I'm not looking for horsepower I was looking for an aggressive and loud sound that I know would make any hemi sound good. He tolds us let him finish with the vehicle he had in front of us and he would be more than happy to help get us what we were looking for. He finished the other vehicle and pulled our truck into the shop and started working on it. Came in after removing old system and asked us if we want single chamber or dual chamber and then went over the options for the tips. After picking what we what we want it seemed like no time had past and I heard the roar of my truck and smile appeared on my face and I have not quit smiling since I left their shop. The work is outstanding and the price is very reasonable. Can't thank them enough. Wished I could give the shop ten stars cause they deserve it.

While driving my son's restored college party van/camper from…read morehis high school shotgun nationals back to Texas, said van's ECM/PCM went bad and left me stranded. The young men at this O'Reillys were kind enough to let me get towed to their parking lot and have patiently allowed me to troubleshoot and identify the issue. They were unable to source a replacement ECM, but have been extremely kind and understanding while I sourced the part from eBay (it's an old van). This O'Reilly's, its management, and its staff are simply the best. I now have a deep appreciation and respect for South Carolina hospitality and I will always pull over for a South Carolina plate in trouble and ask what I can do to help. In fact, I feel blessed that this van left me in Anderson for a week. Wonderful State, wonderful town, wonderful people, great experience! Every Texan should stop and enjoy Anderson, South Carolina; kindred spirits and good people, all day long.
