I was traveling in my wife's minivan with our Labrador, Mia. During the trip, I began having battery and alternator problems. After replacing both the battery and alternator in North Carolina, the battery warning light came back on late Monday night. I drove to the nearest AutoZone and stayed there until they opened the next morning. The wonderful employees at AutoZone recommended S&S Mobile Mechanics, and I am incredibly grateful that they did. When I arrived, Chris, Shawn, and Shawn's wife warmly welcomed both Mia and me into their home. They made sure Mia had a comfortable place to rest while they immediately began inspecting the minivan. Chris identified the alternator problem within minutes and replaced it right there. They charged me only $150 for the service, which was extremely reasonable, especially considering how quickly they helped me and the situation I was facing. They were respectful, professional, compassionate, and genuinely good-hearted people. They understood that I was trying to make it safely to Texas and went above and beyond to help ensure that I could continue my trip without further problems.
