My mom & I did indeed visit the store the same day, and we had excellent service from everyone in the store! GINA & her store were awesome and I will not hesitate to go into that store again for my purchases. Please remind all associates of J Jill to treat their customers like they would want to be treated. Egads--Some merchandise was not organized by size. Racks were stuffed. Conclusion: After this visit, I will appreciate the Talbots Outlet Store on Wolf Road even more.
