My mom & I did indeed visit the store the same day, and we had excellent service from everyone in the store! We both ended up getting many items, with exceptional service, as well as saving additional 10% opening credit cards. GINA & her store were awesome and I will not hesitate to go into that store again for my purchases. Please remind all associates of J Jill to treat their customers like they would want to be treated. I will be visiting MASHPEE, MA this weekend, but will NEVER visit the J Jill store there after my terrible experience.
