The staff continued to be attentive and chatty. An overall pleasant dining experience. There were no kids in there at the time (sat evening) and I kind of like that. This was during one of our drives between cities and this was a wonderful stop. The ambience of the city, the location, and most of all the food was superbly on point and prepared perfectly. Plenty of healthy options, plenty of fresh juice options, and plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. I'm looking forward to returning sometime in the near future and hopefully bringing some of my friends back with me. The city in general, the historical value of the buildings, and the overall feel was something that people must experience.

The early bird menu is great value too at under 20 euros for a starter and main. I've been twice now and definitely would go back next time I'm in Trim.
