For example, they wanted to follow up with a tooth that was growing at an angle and at the next check-up, while I forgot, they remembered and check it. Dr. Howard is honest and if braces is not needed, he won't pressure you to get it. This happened with my second child while my oldest went through the invisalign Phase 1 treatment with him and she was so happy with the results and the services. We see them every 3-4 months for a squeaky clean teeth. I am so blessed I found them and they happen to be my local dentist. My daughters love them and feel very comfortable around them. It's a plus that they too have small kids and they understand what it feels like to be parents, caring for young kids, and the fear kids may have visiting dentists. Both Dr. Christine and Dr. Howard are wonderful with kids. I know they are always booked but I do make my appointments 3-4 months in advance. Tiny, superficial beginning of a cavity can somehow lead to damage to your brain and heart. It's to a point where it feels like you're talking to a salesman and not a real dentist. What I love about my own dentist is that I'm never pressured into doing something. I'm not 100% on board with and zero scare tactics are used. My teeth are fine. My own dentist is a straight talker and not a salesman who scares you and peer pressured you into doing things so he can make a buck.

I lamented over the procedure for weeks, worrying about how he would handle it all. Dr. Kang and her team were so very patient and kind. Steer clear of this dentist's office! They overbook and understaff so badly that you will be…read morewaiting for hours for a rushed, sub-par service. I took 2 hours of PTO to attend a routine cleaning, and after waiting for 2 hours I had to leave and reschedule. My appointment was at 11AM and the staff said "we should be able to get to you by 1:30." When I looked at the sign in sheet, I saw that they had booked 5 other people also for 11AM when they were telling me they only had one hygienist working. How are you going to see 6 people at once with one hygienist? They rescheduled me for 9am a few weeks later and said I'll get the first appointment of the day. After many text reminders for 9am, the day before they suddenly told me my appointment is actually at 9:30 because their hygienist won't be in until later. They never asked me, they just changed it! They swore up and down I'd be the first patient of the day after waiting so long prior, then I sat in the waiting room as they called several patients before me! This is not my first bad visit here. At a previous visit, a male hygienist continued to touch everything with his gloves on (opening drawers, scratching his face, moving items around) and then he tried to put those gloves in my mouth! When I asked him to change his gloves he said "wow you should do something about your OCD." Even prior to that visit, I came in for a 9am appointment and was not seen until 3 hours later. I don't know why I kept coming back here so long. This will certainly be my last visit. My only positive experiences have been with the hygienist, James, who did a thorough job and was kind and professional.
