Instead of realizing the tint would fail it, they made sure to do complete inspection then call us to say it failed and charge us the $74. If you cannot take one look at a vehicle and immediately know that it's gonna fail because of tint, I will assume you're uneducated or trying to rip people off. We will not be returning to EAC.

I did some damage to my car in a parking lot with relatively high curb. I was told to stop down around 8:30am to meet with the appraiser Mike. I arrived at 8:30 and Mike promptly looked at the rocker panel and the wheel on my VW Passat. We went inside, Mike called the VW dealership, obtained the parts pricing and gave me a written estimate of my repair cost to have a new rocker panel painted, installed and have my wheel fixed. I was so pleased with the pricing I told him to get the part ordered. The part arrived several days later, they painted it and let it cure over the weekend. Mike scheduled me in for Wednesday 7/26. I dropped my car off and left it with George the owner. I had a call by 2PM that the car was ready for pick up. I arrived and was simply blown away by the quality of work performs mainly on the wheel, which I tore up pretty badly. It looked better then when I bought the car. The rocker panel was replaced and it is seamless. The paint match is excellent. From start to finish the entire process was simple. Tatano Brother's Auto Body is simply the type of business in which I like to deal. They're no BS, to the point and they do it right the first time. Oh, and the pricing...it is exceptionally fair.
