I originally called Eddie for a windshield repair. Unfortunately, my chip was beyond repair. Not to mention I had several others across the windshield. Eddie did me a solid and didn't me charge for his service that day even though I insisted. He then went on to offer a new windshield at an amazing price with install included. He ordered the windshield and came out to my place of employment today 7/17/26 to install. He took time, care, and pride when installing the glass. Not only did he get me a windshield at a great price he got me a tinted windshield because it looks better at no extra cost. Then he went above and beyond to install my new windshield wipers! (I bought the wrong ones) but he made sure I knew which ones I needed and how to install them myself once I have them. He didn't stop there! He made sure I was educated about what this valley heat does to the vehicle glass and what time during the day my windows should be partially down for air flow and how to maintain longevity of the windshield. My coworkers were also impressed with his service, and he now has new clients and some company vehicles to work on too!!! Edited to add.... I got in my car and noticed he cleaned all of my windows!!! I had a great experience with Eddie fixing my windshield. From the moment he arrived, he was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. While he was working, we talked the whole time about his business, how he got started, and even his journey through school. It was really cool hearing his story and seeing how much pride he takes in his work. Eddie was also very honest and explained what a windshield repair actually does. He explained that the main purpose is to seal the chip, prevent the crack from spreading, and help protect the windshield from getting worse. He also explained that a repair can make the damage much less noticeable, but depending on how severe the chip was, it may not completely disappear. The only way to have glass look completely brand new again would be replacing the windshield. He gave me a fair price, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job on the repair.
