Critical: Professionalism, Quality Worst tinting experience ever. I tried Eddies because a few folks I work with mentioned they had used them before. I took them a 2022 Outlander and asked that they tint the 2 front side windows and put stripe on the front windshield. After picking it up I was disappointed the mess that was left on my windshield and the interior of a basically new vehicle. They definitely did not care for the quality. Regardless after a couple days we realized the side window tint color was more green and the privacy glass was more blue so obviously that looks odd. The side windows had fish-eyes in them and trapped air in a couple of places however based on my first experience with them I figured I'd let that go for a week or so to see if it worked out. In addition the side windows have a haze to them that none of the other windows, including the windshield has. This is unacceptable so I reached out the them stating I was willing to bring the vehicle back but it had to be an appointment where they would be able to perform the repair work necessary or remove the tint and give a refund. Eddies response seemed rude and basically wanted us to give our time up and not know what if anything they will do to help resolve it. Here is his response: "That first thing is for you to come to the shop and let us look at it and see the issue in person so we know exactly what are taking about we are here Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6::00 pm" That was after I sent him a detailed email of the issues as well as requesting even more work to tint the other windows of the vehicle. I let him know after his response that I could come at 9am Saturday for them to review and perform the work required to resolve the issue. In this work I was asking to tint all of the rear windows as well to make them darker which would have put even more money in their pocket however they have not responded. I'm not just stopping in and wasting my time only for them to tell me to come back at another day and time weeks later to get anything , if anything done. First time I used them I had them remove the tint off the rear of my Sonata and apply new film. When I got it home I noticed it had a quart sized air bubble in the middle of the tint and the edges and areas around the defogger were holding air. They claimed it would be ok after a few weeks so I waited it out. It's not ok. I did not get back with them on that This place does not care for your rides like a reputable shop would. They seem to be pretty arrogant and do not deserve my business. I am pretty critical of the quality of work being done on my automobiles and honestly they suck at it. I don't know why they have the business they do. I'll be eating the cost and pay someone else to redo their work. Please read their negative reviews before using this shop!! Ok I must say I went off a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. This place is well worth it. I pulled in with an appointment and Eddie and his crew went straight to work. I had really old tint that was truly damaged. They carefully removed the old job which was no joke. They got it off without damaging the back windows fogged strips. The final result made me smile and I was overwhelmed with such happiness. All windows were perfect. If you want quality work, on time and friendly service then don't look any farther.
