B&L always promised to come but never did. Glass Doctor didn't service this area, & that continued part of this frustration. We called Whitman's on a Friday, they came out on Tuesday. Our double pane window problem had turned in to a 3-double pane window problem. They ordered the glass & came in under 2 weeks to replace them. They were always early, polite, skilled. We replaced all 4 of this wall of windows so they matched. (I didn't want the grid in these windows, again). As they were large windows I think pricing was fair & about what we expected. Can't say I compared pricing, as no other company would come. But I will happily use Whitman's for any future glass needs we have.

Brought my car there to get my windshield replaced. When I left I noticed a horrible rattle where…read moremy rear view mirror is and scratches all over the new windshield. Called the company and they made another appointment for me to come back because the part is under "warranty". After I came back and they "fixed" the rattle, I asked them about the scratches on the windshield and what they could do about it and the worker told me that him and his manager looked and said it was from the "old" windshield wipers. Not exactly sure what that means because it's a 2026 model 3 preformance that was 3 months old and it had been sitting in the Tesla shop for a month within those 3 months. Brand new car, so I know for a fact that's a lie. Also I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty sure my windshield wipers go side to side, NOT up and down. Now back to the original problem, the rattle. After the second appointment they didn't fix anything. The rattle was still happening and so I took it upon my self to check it out and come to find out they ripped out the plastic hook/bracket that holds up wires and never replaced it or at least tried to tape it back up. Rattle is still happening. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR

First red flag was I had to come to his house versus having a business location. The plan was for a front PPF and full ceramic coating. Sent money via cash app for deposit. Dropped vehicle off and everything went south. Took me almost 7 days to get vehicle back and the PPF on front bumper has numerous flaws, charging port door and side mirrors have no PPF. Aaron is unreachable by phone and IG messaging was the only way to get him. He promised he would fix everything. I have not heard back. I'm not mad at the money I spent because I operated in good faith. Let my $2k lesson keep you from making the same mistake. Buyer beware!
