They messed up the antenna when they took the shattered glass out. Now the district manager as well as the manager( Mellissa) refuse to replace the antenna with the missing backing because they don't want to pay the extra $50 to get it right. This is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS! They didn't try to make what they did wrong right at all. Now I'm left with my key fob and radio not working at all. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT...Poor customer service! We took the car to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Atlanta and they looked at it and said the reason the key fob wasn't working was because when they took my glass out at Auto glass now they cut the wire. It had nothing to do with the antenna! So now I am going back to Auto Glass Now for them to buy the cut part that their technician cut. I will update this review after my visit back to that shop.

So I decided to drive 30 miles out of my way to lithia springs location on my day off, in a nurse, and those days off come sparingly. I get to the shop and I'm sitting there for about 15 minutes because someone even greets me to break the bad news that they do not have the correct glass in shop. So an hour and a half in the car, time wasted, gas wasted, which isn't cheap. They reschedule me to a mobile app two days later. They never tell me that the glass that's needed for my car is going to be an additional 377 bucks on top of the 508 I've already paid. So today, I wait around from 12-3 finally a technician comes. Tell me I still owe 377. I told him I called 1800 8514527 to clarify that I'm paid in full- the customer service line indeed says I do not owe additional. They technician and their manager or shop person Alexis says they can't do the work unless I pay the 377. I say absolutely not and I need a managers number. I will be telling all of my friends and family to use local business and to never use safelite again. They wasted theee of my off days and had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experience. And now I have to still deal with having a broken windshield until I figure out where to go.
