She asked me to send photos, but couldn't tell how much damage, so she asked me to come up there. The facility is family run and extremely clean; you'd never know it was mechanic place. The manager came out and looked at it immediately. He looked up cost of new mirror which was close to $500. I panicked a little, but he said he could try to push on it or just buy the new mirror. I asked if he could before we purchased. He did and after a couple of minutes he got it back and told me there was no charge! I'll definitely refer anyone to them.

Every one of them was unable to provide any services to us over the 3 days we were in town. This included the widely known Safelite, and they were only able to accommodate on our return trip through N.C. three days later. This meant we would be driving around all weekend with a huge windshield crack that would only potentially get worse. Super thanks to the team at Global Glass. Not only were they able to come to our hotel and get the windshield changed out in the parking garage, they also were half the cost of what Safelite was going to bill us and Global Glass was able to get the job done three days sooner. B&L always promised to come but never did. Glass Doctor didn't service this area, & that continued part of this frustration. We called Whitman's on a Friday, they came out on Tuesday. Our double pane window problem had turned in to a 3-double pane window problem. They ordered the glass & came in under 2 weeks to replace them. They were always early, polite, skilled. We replaced all 4 of this wall of windows so they matched. (I didn't want the grid in these windows, again). As they were large windows I think pricing was fair & about what we expected. Can't say I compared pricing, as no other company would come. But I will happily use Whitman's for any future glass needs we have.
