She is absolutely amazing!!! Never has an agent scheduled a consult to answer questions, explain the details of my policies and to make sure I had adequate coverage to protect all of my assets. As a result, I was able to increase my coverage and lower my premium because my home had sprinklers and an alarm system which allowed me to get some discounts. Amy and her staff were professional and best of all they followed-up and got back to me quickly. I was amazed at the high level of service in this day and age. There were other agents closer to me, but well worth a little extra drive to have Amy as my agent.

Ms. Blackwell never returned 2 calls which she was schedule to return and I found this quite disappointing. Since I am reviewing Sidra, my personal agent who handles everything, I am giving her a 5 star review. She deserves it, but I don't believe the agency owner deserves it.

So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.
