In a very short period of time she got me back to bouncing around like a spring chicken. I've even booked a trip to go do something I never thought I'd do again, snow skiing! Thanks Dr Lynn!!!

A little background to help you understand my perspective. I am in the healthcare profession and super picky about who I chose for any healthcare provider for my family or I and I do a ton of research on them, read all reviews, etc before deciding one. My 10 year old son was diagnosed with generalized anxiety and panic attacks when he was just 5 years old after a major life event. His pediatrician recommended a high protein diet, sleep schedule, among other things all of which I did and my son did not show any Improvement. His doctor then recommended CBD. While it was effective, I didn't want my young son to think that every-time he had an issue/panic attack that turning to "drugs" was the answer. I felt it was setting him up for possible future issues thinking substances were the answer. During all of this, he was seeing a counselor, who my son loved. When I didn't feel like the counselor was making any progress as there wasn't any change in my son, we switched counselors who gave us several helpful strategies, such as "telling the bad or the "bully" thoughts to shut up and to replace those thought with positive ones. This was occasionally helpful. You see, when your own child is having these thoughts, on the verge of a panic attack and you, as a parent, tell him to do as the counselor suggests, it appeared to be too late as he "wouldn't listen" or take my advise to stop the thoughts, etc and would still have a panic attack. Bringing us to two months ago. Dr. Lynn at Core Chiropractic and Acupuncture was recommended to me by a friend. I did not hesitate to take my son there. I have been through 5 years of anxiety, panic attacks, and all of the above mentioned changes all which felt like all resulted in wasted time. Dr. Lynn listened carefully, asked me and my son questions. She really took her time to understand the full situation. (Not many doctors or healthcare professionals do this anymore). It is really hard to find one who does. Anyway, Dr. Lynn gave my son an adjustment and performed acupuncture on him. As of today, my sons has had 3 or 4 adjustments and acupuncture at the same time. In that small amount of time, she practically erased 5 years of anxiety and panic attacks. I am not kidding! My son went to an overnight camp where previously he would have never spent the night anywhere out of fear. He started a new school this year since he is now in 5th grade. While he was nervous on his first day, he did not show any signs of anxiety or have a panic attack like he would have in the past. Furthermore, he has been in school for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVES it. He used to hate school because of the anxiety it brought him. As a mom who has spent 5 years trying at what felt like absolutely everything and not seeing anything work, I felt helpless. Lynn is a miracle worker! I cannot believe the changes in my son. He is like a new kid!!! I literally cry tears of joy and relief at the changes in him. The other day, I asked him what he thought helped his anxiety and what changed. His exact response, "it's the adjustments and acupuncture that Lynn does." I have heard she works on dogs as well. I have a Weimaraner who is high anxiety and plan to bring him in for treatment too! I will update my review once I do! I cannot praise Lynn enough for everything she has done for my family! I highly recommend her!

(Appointments are not required but it was very easy to make and the process was very speedy with one). I did the $39 - 70 minute combo massage. It consisted of a face massage, neck/shoulder massage, foot/leg massage, and then a full on body massage. They had me get undressed from the waist up for the massage. The massage was absolutely incredible. They worked every area multiple times in multiple different ways. I even got a hot stone massage too which I did not know came with my package, but was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like such a V.I.P. and for $39 you cannot beat the price. As for the space, the rooms are not private like they are in high end massage parlors. It is one big room but they do separate it with curtains which is very nice as some other Foot Spa's do not. Nice, relaxing music playing throughout the massage. They even give you a little water bottle after your massage as well. All the details were wonderful. They accept cards but do charge a $1 processing fee (not a big deal to me at all, but just a heads up for others). I will be finding a way to fit this into my budget as I want to make this a regular part of my self care routine. Just absolutely phenomenal. Great job Beijing Foot Spa Staff!

I looked up if Chinese massage focuses on groin muscles and I guess that can be typical, but I ended up telling him to stop. It just got too personal. And then he actually reached underneath me and started on my pubic area, and I immediately told him no. And looking that up, it specifically says that is a definite violation. He didn't speak English well, so I'm not sure how much he understood about what I told him I needed, but he stopped when I told him no. Other than that, he did a decent job. But I had a hard time relaxing and I went in because I have a migraine .
