Saturday morning at ten, I was told they didn't have time for me.. The one person in front of us walked out because the Chiropractor she was expecting had changed his schedule without informing any of the patients who come to see him on Saturday morning. My Partner was also expecting the same Chiropractor, but decided to allow Mr. Kim to adjust her, and she was not happy with her visit.. Guess I should be glad they refused to serve me, even though there was nobody there... Came up to the Lynnwood Joint Chiro location and found out they were "temporarily closed." I came up here because the West Seattle location keeps being understaffed and isn't open when I need it to be (that, being regular hours). There was no hindsight to check whether or not this location is closed, and now my back still hurts. Not wasting more time in rush-hour traffic to drive all the way over to Bothell, you guys already wasted enough of mine. read more

If I could give an official 6th star, I would. I woke up with agonizing back pain and could barely function taking care of my kids. In tears I told my husband I needed to go to a chiropractor. Being a military family- there's a level of comfort seeing a place you are already familiar with. I appreciate that aspect of The Joint Chiropractor. I went in and the clerk was incredibly kind and professional. I felt at ease right away. Then Cindy was the one who brought it home for me. She was attentive and empathetic to my sad excuse of a walk (I was hunched over to the side in pain) and explained where it hurt. She made great conversation and as soon as she popped my back- the relief I felt was AMAZING! I am so thankful and excited to go back once a week. If you're in pain- get your adjustment. bought a multiple session package but wasnt able to use them all from the back injury, thats my fault. thought the doctor was being nice by giving me some free passes but in hindsight that was probably just to get me out the door. 'Roman' refused to help in anyway when it came to these passes and was all shoulders‍‍‍‍ would not recommend. EDIT: Roman finally did his job and reached out to a manager and got clarification those passes were good to use cause he actually called back trying to get me back in. From the initial arrival welcome by Ramon in the front office who was professional and informative on payment options to the exam by Dr. White and ultimate treatment plan recieved I could not be more pleased. I hurt myself at work and woke up with a huge knot that was bothering me for days. I was able to get in pretty quick (next day) and honestly even after my first session I've already seen so much improvement. I walked in with a headache and out feeling really great inside and out! The prices are very affordable. They have a wellness plan that is a great deal and is even cheaper compared to my co payments I would've had to pay through insurance. Dr. White and Romon(the gentleman who was up front) were very wonderful, patient, and showed great care. Highly recommend this company and more specifically this location. If you're experiencing pain, GO HERE! Dr. Thomas is wonderful. I came in with 10+ years of chronic back pain and have gone to numerous chiropractors and other specialists over the years. He listened to my past experiences, what's worked and hasn't worked for me, took into account my day to day life, and also listened to the goals that I have for myself in my health journey. pretty sure this is a scam. I feel worse than I did before and I have none of my problems fixed. 3x a week so they can fix one spot each visit? Ridiculous! ive been going to a chiropractor for 10 + years and he fixes ALL of my issues in one visit without the need to up-sale me to make money off of me. Their tables for cracking shouldn't be as cheap as they are. I hope the doctors here find a better place to work. read more

The hours and location are convenient, yes. But I am now paying $30 a copay to my regular chiropractor to fix the NECK SPRAIN one of the Joints "doctors " caused me. There is too much turnover here. The doctors don't have any loyalty, and are too erratic with their fixes. Without consistency, your Chiro may have a guess at best. $49.95/month isn't worth it. I came in as my last resort, I've had vertigo for 3 days been to the doctors and the ER just to be told to rest and wait it out, which with work and toddler is not an option. The lady at the front desk was very nice and personable, very great customer service. The dr was knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was going to do, I didn't get immediate relief right away but he gave me suggestions on stuff to take over the counter that might help, I went straight from my appointment to get the over the counter meds, I am 75 percent better from the adjustment and meds he recommended, I will be back to continue adjustments as advised by the dr. Edit: it's now 9pm (I went in around 10am) and my vertigo is completely gone! I can't not stress enough how thankful I am, after multiple dr visits and 3 days if vertigo no one could help but 15 minutes here and now I'm cured. read more

I wish I was leaving a good review. I came to the Lynnwood site as it is convenient not just location but the services being affordable. Unfortunately, after the first session I came in for adjustment I got an injury as result of the pressure given by the doctor. I left the adjustment with pain on my upper chest. The pain worsen the next day. I called and I was told to come back for a diagnosis of the problem. Given the snow and icy roads plus the pain I was experiencing I could not return for over 10 days. I had to go to a walk in clinic during Christmas for an X-Ray to determine if I have a broken rib. I was diagnosed with a rib subluxation. If you are familiar with dislocated ribs, you may know this is very painful whenever you try to move, breath, or laugh. Coughing is also very painful with this type of injury. The muscle, nerves, and ligaments in the area become pinched by the ribs. It has been a month and I am still struggling with some pain. This condition takes a long time to improve. I appreciated the receptionist ( Ramon) willingness to get me to see another doctor for a consultation and for messaging the clinic manager. The doctor I saw for consultation seemed skilled and was nice, however, my ability to trust another adjustment at the same place was gone. I was granted to stop the membership at least, but there was not courtesy call from the clinic manager to check on how I was doing neither to provide me with with a refund for the unused sessions. I had to spend money to get my X-Ray and co-payment for consult. It would have been nice to at least being acknlowledged by the trouble I had to go trying to get my ribs back in place and cover part of the expense of follow up with MD. Please read carefully what you sign when enrolling in the program. I did not listen my gut feeling after reading all the potential risks for adjustments. I have done Chiropractic treatment in the past and I never encountered results even closer to a dislocated rib. read more
