I am shocked to get a bill for services in 2020. I always paid after every service . Also, we agree on a flat fee on massages. With and without insurance. And now he is trying to collect more. I have sent a lot of clients to Optimal Health Chiropractic & Massage, and everyone has had bad issues with the billing . Do not recommend. Massage therapists are mostly awful. Had free massages from car accident & not even worth the time to go here. I'd give a zero star review if I could. It's unfortunate because the chiropractor practitioners there are very nice (at least they were when I was going) and sincerely want to help their patients. It's the front desk and billing department that's a complete sham, they will pursue money from you despite the fact that you owe zero dollars. When called to dispute the false balance, the lady "in billing" rudely told me that "she'd investigate it and call me back" did she call me back? No. I went onto previous bank statements, found the charges that they say I didn't pay, highlighted them and mailed them along with my invoice and told them I wanted my balance to reflect $0. A month later I received yet another invoice saying I owed $60. Previous to this most recent encounter, I called and left a message asking about this exact invoice and like before, never got a call back. Besides this infuriating problem with no resolution (I refuse to pay for an adjustment I KNOW I paid for at the time of visit, a few years ago you couldn't leave without paying) My fiancé has also been double charged several times, as has my Brother-In-Law. This place is a sham and I'd advice you against becoming a patient there. read more

Only been twice so far, but my symptoms are getting better. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and a good communicator. Explained all billing and procedures clearly. The combination of chiropractic and PT are an excellent way to help with issues that are not just joint or muscle, but combo issues. I also love the later hours that make coming after work a huge plus. I highly recommend this chiropractic office, everyone that works here is so amazing and really cares about you and your recovery! I see doctor Song and she has changed my life!!! When I first came in I could hardly walk or move at all after a bad car crash. She's spent hours and hours working with me the past few months and has drastically changed my quality of life. I just started going to Optimal Health last week for chronic neck and back pain. The first thing I noticed was how exceptionally friendly and helpful the front desk staff was when I called as well as every time I came in for a visit. I see Dr. Malena, who is friendly and personable. She is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past and I definitely received a different experience at Optimal Health. They seem to take a more holistic approach. The treatment not only includes manual adjustments but also physical therapy type exercises, the use of rock tape and the Graston technique, in addition to other techniques that I have yet to experience. I already noticed a difference in my neck and back pain. I appreciated that they developed a treatment plan and discussed my options. Dr. Malena presented a couple of different possibilities for treatment based on my physical issues and my insurance plan, as well as different payment options. Dr. Malena has been a miracle worker for me. I just started going in about 2 weeks ago due to getting migraines every week for the past few months. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I haven't had a migraine since! She really takes the time for adjustments and even releasing muscle tension before and after the adjustment. I have had a lot of excellent LMPs in my life but Josh Sloane is the best. He has a thorough understanding of anatomy and knows what areas to focus on to ease my pain. I was seeing a neurologist for left side tingling, back pain and burning in my neck and back. The neurologist couldnt find anything wrong with me and released me to return to work after 2 months of being out. Thankfully I finally took my husbands advice and scheduled an appointment here. On my first appt. Dr. Malena showed great concern about my symptoms and wanted to get x-rays done right away. That was a Friday and she had the results on Monday to share with me. My back is out of alignment and she suggested I file a L & I claim because it was caused by repetitive heavy lifting which is part of my job description. I've been seeing her and Dr John for the last 3 weeks and massage twice a week and seeing some improvement. My lower back isnt as sore after having a few adjustments and a couple massages. Because my back has been injured for so long it will take a slow recovery but the doctors are helping anyway possible by suggesting exercise and stretching techniques and referring to other doctors that can help. Dr. Malena is absolutely WONDERFUL! She uses various adjustment & soft tissue techniques and tailors each treatment to fit the individual's needs for that session! My Mom appreciates her electronic massage tool and we've both found relief for days after appointments from her Rock Taping!
