Eden day Spa & Nails did mine and my husband's nails. He got a manicure, and I got a full set. The nail tech clipped my finger with the clippers and made it bleed. I got french tips (not painted on) and my white tips looks too wide, of which I pointed out to the tech, and he said it was because they were not painted on ( I had nails like this before and they have never look like this). My nails are snagging on my hair and are rough on the edges. They also cut my husband's nails to the quick. Still got charged almost $200.00, but that did include a pedicure for both of us, of which I was happy with. I will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone. I am going to have to pay at another place to get my nails redone. read more

I had lashes put on by Michelle. Don't do it. Just don't. She is not professional. She is, however: accusatory, defensive and just should not be working in customer service. I did not like the lashes she put on. That was not the issue here. The issue is that Michelle became very upset that I politely said Oh, I don't like them. These are not for me. She then lied and said I gave her a hard time. I immediately called her out on that lie and she said "well, sorry." When I attempted to explain what would make it better for her customer, she spoke over top of me and just would not listen. Again, don't do it. read more

I never had a problem with this place as I thought I finally found the right place to get my nails done... until my last visit. Okay... I did get my 3rd fill in on this set, but that doesn't explain why one nail broke in less than 34 hours. I went back the next day to get it fixed and they tried to charge me $5 saying it was something I did. I went to sleep woke up and it was broke... so she had an attitude and fixed it for free, as she should anyways since it was less than 24 hours (I still had my receipt). She fixed it so sloppy, she thought she was funny putting a THICK layer of acrylic on it so it wouldn't "break again" just for 2 more fingers to break in that same week!!! I wanted to give this place another try after my first experience. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't what I expect when going to get my nails and toes done. Today I went in for a fill and pedicure. I arrived at 1:30 and just now left about 3 hours later. I didn't have an appointment, so I'll let that go. BUT what I cannot let go of is the fact that the tech doing my pedicure literally dumped some of my ***already used water*** into the chair of another customer who was still there & getting her toes painted. I can't imagine how upset she was because I was fuming and mortified myself. Hygiene and safe practices are lacking, as is customer service and employing experienced staff. I'm having a margarita now and my toenails are shaped at a slant, but there are worse things right?! Ugh. 0 stars. I will never go back. read more

August 24 2024 I bought my gf a Swedish massage , pedicure and nails , I paid for 90 minutes the lady only did 60 minutes. My gf did the lady had over two nails that gave her massage . The lady nails would scrap her feet and legs was very uncomfortable also not relaxing .. she didn't massage her back only did hot stones which we didn't pay for or want . I paid for a Swedish massage ... they also did her nails first so nails were mess up after the so called Swedish massage ... after noticing I paid for 90 minutes the only thing they did was give a 30 minutes gift card which we will not use do to the awful massage and nails messed up .. no one with two inch nails should be given massages and what is pleasant or relaxing about nails scrapping against your skin .. getting hot stones instead of w a Swedish massage that I paid for .... Awful experience they must be doing other things besides massages with two in nails ... sad to spend 240 dollars and don't get what I paid for ..... asking for a full refund!!!!!!! read more

Was on vacation, visiting daughter. We came here because I had a nail that had broke. My appointment was 1:30 pm. They took three walk ins ahead of me leaving me with acetone and foil on my nails until it was stinging.I did not enjoy my experience. The man who did my nails was angry because I removed the foil off my nails at 2:15. He asked " why you take off?" I said because it stung. He was polishing toes of someone who walked in after my scheduled appointment. He Got angry with me about removing the foils continued to yell in his language and was hurried and did not greet me or speak to me until I spoke to him. I asked him if he was busy he said No not since new year started. I will never return here. My nails were not the color I asked for 4x and are sloppy. If you want quality and friendly atmosphere I do not think this is the place for you. read more

I walked in yesterday at 9:05 am. Doors were wide open - no greeting - fine. Checked in on a new desktop situation and sat down for ten minutes. Nothing. No hello, we'll be with you shortly. I've tried this salon several times because it's close and convenient and that's really all it's ever been. The manicures and pedicures are nothing special and the workers are as rude as can be. I was a walk-in for a pedicure. I was promptly greeted and pointed out where to pick my polish. I had Michelle as my nail tech and she did great! She was friendly and sweet, but didn't make too much small talk (I was doing some work on my phone). She provided me a complimentary water bottle and checked in with me to make sure the water temp was good, the towel temp was okay, etc. I did the Royal Pedi, which included a sugar scrub of my choice, plus hot stones and a towel wrap (include towel socks on my feet!). I chose the lavender scrub and it smelled so good! In total, I was in the chair for about 45 minutes. I never felt rushed and, when I was done, I was given the choice to sit in my chair longer to wait for the polish to dry or go sit under the dryer. I spent $35 before tip, which I felt was more than fair considering the service I was provided. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I'm glad I did! I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing place to get your money's worth out of a pedicure, I'd encourage you to try Eden! read more

At 15 after, I asked when I was going to be helped, he snapped back "what's your problem, you don't want to wait?" No, buddy, I don't. My appointment YOU scheduled for me was for noon! I've noticed an increase of businesses that want our money but don't respect us as customers. I came in at 5:30 and advised them that I needed a fill and pedicure. They did my pedicure and them informed me that they don't have time to do my nails because they close at 7. I'm finding many nail shops operate this way these days with no regard to their clients. I really want to love this place because it's easy to get to, conveniently located, and their prices are good. However, I've been twice and wasn't pleased with the service. The first trip, I went to have my acrylics removed and it took her 45 minutes to soak them off. While yes...you need to soak some, I believe she totally forgot me as I saw her in the back room eating and on her cell phone, but 45 minutes was a ridiculous wait time. She did a good job with putting the acrylic over my own nails, but then, she turned me over to someone else to paint them. Unfortunately, the acrylic began flaking and peeling only THREE days later. The only reason I didn't go back to have them redone right away was because I was out of state. I decided to give them another try, so I went in last week. The woman did a great job with the acrylics and the shaping and buffing, but she talked the whole time to a woman across the room in another language. I wasn't offended by that at all, even though she was literally yelling in my face, but instead of giving me directives, she would tug on my hand, arm, or fingers. I found that somewhat annoying. Then, when she did the polish, she seemed rushed and the polish didn't have time at all to dry between coats and it was sloppy, into my cuticles at times. I sat under the dryer for 15 minutes and they were still tacky. No one was there except for one woman giving a pedicure to someone. So, after 20 minutes of waiting to dry, I had to leave and get home. Of course, the polish mushed and tacked and I took it off two days later. I would say they're really good with acrylics and dips and the shaping and buffing, but when it comes to polish, I wouldn't go back for that. The guy at the front was very nice and accommodating, but I'm not sure I'll return for these reasons. They do offer a great range of services - all nail treatments, as well as hair, makeup, waxing, and basic massages. Also, the prices were very reasonable - $15 for a fill. read more

Today my daughter and I treated ourselves by going to Eden Day Spa & Nails. My 5 year old received a regular polish on her nails and toes, which was $12. She is very pleased and the lady was really nice. I received a clear overlay with light pink powder (natural look for work). I am very happy with how natural my nails look...very neat work. My overlay cost me $30. So total it was $42 and they do military discount, which knocked it down to $38. Thank you for the great customer service. We will be returning soon! read more

My initial review: I should've known it was going to be horrible when I had to soak my nails for ONE HOUR! A guy took my nails off but an older woman did these terrible nails down below. I had to ask her to take the left over acrylic off from my cuticles. The shape isn't even, I wanted coffin but got a long distant cousin! Not worth $55! I let the pictures do the talking...0 STARS if I could rate it that low! Update: I received a refund for my nails, the manager was really nice, and I felt that my review kind of hurt his feelings; however, my initial review is an honest opinion. First time here and got a full set and pedicure with shellac. I've gotten shellac hundreds of times elsewhere and was always notified if there is an additional charge, which is expected. Normally this is a measly $5. To my surprise when I went to pay they charged me an additional $20 just for the shellac! I was never notified, nor did I see this price in the menu. In town for work, I really wanted a great experience. I walked in on a Monday mid-morning, was greeted and assisted right away. I asked for the BEST technician as I truly wanted the best work for the value. I got both gel manicure and gel pedicure, $80 total. Holly was my technician and she was AMAZING, very attentive, detailed, professional and exceptional from start to finish. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great service! I waited with my feet soaking in cold water for over 30 minutes to be told whoever was going to help me just went on lunch and is really hungry... He finally came out and seem quite irritated and brought that attitude to my pedicure. He was not nice at all. Insulted my feet for being dry... and made a scene when the paint on my toe smudged when trying to move away from his leg getting too close when trying to do my manicure while still on the pedicure chair. Scheduled an appointment for an acrylic fill and gel polish pedicure with a specific tech....she herself took my appointment and wrote it in the book. Show up on time...10 minutes early in fact, to be told that she was there that day but had gone home. I see the schedule book, there is my name and # on her appointments...why was I not called???? They get me started with Kim.....15 minutes into my fill my original tech walks in to do a fill on another woman. When she is questioned she gives the excuse that her day was crazy and she got behind but will do my pedicure. Kim does my fill and sits me in a pedi chair only to find out that yet again....my original technician has left and gone home. This technician has not been dealt with, she still works there and the manager Phillip will not call me to address the issue. I guess you can come and go when u work here and screw scheduled customers over and they do not care just have that $$$ ready. AVOID!! read more
