My nails after Eden day Spa and Nails did them.

Eden day Spa & Nails did mine and my husband's nails. He got a manicure, and I got a full set. The nail tech clipped my finger with the clippers and made it bleed. I got french tips (not painted on) and my white tips looks too wide, of which I pointed out to the tech, and he said it was because they were not painted on ( I had nails like this before and they have never look like this). My nails are snagging on my hair and are rough on the edges. They also cut my husband's nails to the quick. Still got charged almost $200.00, but that did include a pedicure for both of us, of which I was happy with. I will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone. I am going to have to pay at another place to get my nails redone.

Pretty long wait, but everywhere is understaffed so i understand. they do phenomenal nails. kim and chin are very talented.

taking them off because of disappointment and missing nails.. you can see the difference in thickness

I never had a problem with this place as I thought I finally found the right place to get my nails done... until my last visit. Okay... I did get my 3rd fill in on this set, but that doesn't explain why one nail broke in less than 34 hours. I went back the next day to get it fixed and they tried to charge me $5 saying it was something I did. I went to sleep woke up and it was broke... so she had an attitude and fixed it for free, as she should anyways since it was less than 24 hours (I still had my receipt). She fixed it so sloppy, she thought she was funny putting a THICK layer of acrylic on it so it wouldn't "break again" just for 2 more fingers to break in that same week!!! I will not be returning. the style was SUPER cute, I will try again AT ANOTHER SALON Thanks for the shitty service, Tina

    what I got

The Service was amazing they gave me peppermints and lollipops...but the nails took forever and look terrible I gave a reference and everything and they still look bad 0/10 do not recommend

Today my daughter and I treated ourselves by going to Eden Day Spa & Nails. My 5 year old received a regular polish on her nails and toes, which was $12. She is very pleased and the lady was really nice. I received a clear overlay with light pink powder (natural look for work). I am very happy with how natural my nails look...very neat work. My overlay cost me $30. So total it was $42 and they do military discount, which knocked it down to $38. Thank you for the great customer service. We will be returning soon!

My initial review: I should've known it was going to be horrible when I had to soak my nails for ONE HOUR! A guy took my nails off but an older woman did these terrible nails down below. I had to ask her to take the left over acrylic off from my cuticles. The shape isn't even, I wanted coffin but got a long distant cousin! Not worth $55! I let the pictures do the talking...0 STARS if I could rate it that low! Update: I received a refund for my nails, the manager was really nice, and I felt that my review kind of hurt his feelings; however, my initial review is an honest opinion. I do give it 3.5 stars for their understanding and kindness. Very nice people! I probably should've called first but hey I just review places. Sorry to the manager if I hurt your feelings

I took my wife here for a couples massage for her birthday. She has been to many spas before, so…read moreshe had a good sense of what to expect. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the actual massage experience was somewhat underwhelming for both of us. In fact, certain areas felt more aggravated afterward rather than relaxed. My wife also mentioned that at most spas, there's usually a space to sit and unwind after your session, but here we felt like we had to remain in the lobby just to drink water, which took away from the overall experience. During my massage, something was placed over my eyes that I initially thought was a towel, but later found it was I believe was the cover of the head rest. My wife did not have anything placed over her eyes, so the experience seemed inconsistent. I did leave a tip, but overall, we're unsure if we would return. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we received

1 Star - Dangerous Negligence & Lack of Care My Background:…read moreI'm an internationally recognized spa industry trainer/consultant who trains spa owners worldwide. Former spa owner (15 years), published author of "Customer Service Is Not Rocket Science," and luxury travel specialist evaluating spas globally for high-end retreat guests. I literally train the industry on exceptional spa service. In all my years visiting/training spas worldwide, I have NEVER experienced this level of negligence or injury. What Happened: During my massage, I experienced a significant injury when the therapist inappropriately pulled my neck in an improper range of motion. Pain was immediate and severe. Most Alarming: Left Alone While Injured I was left on the table briefly paralyzed and unable to move. I stated this TWICE--that I could not move and was in severe pain. The owner never came to check on me. The therapist kept insisting I get ready for my next service. I struggled alone to get up, get dressed, and walk out in excruciating pain. When I reached the lobby barely able to move, the owner sat with arms crossed, showing no concern. She didn't introduce herself, didn't stand to address me, and treated the situation with complete indifference. Blame-Shifting Instead of Accountability Both therapist and owner repeatedly implied the injury was my fault--a pre-existing condition--despite: Never experienced this injury before Felt the exact moment of improper technique Intake paperwork noted no prior neck injuries This was clearly negligence, not pre-existing Complete Lack of Accountability After Injury: No accountability - Owner treated me like I was taking advantage, not as an injured paying customer Broken promises - Agreements to issue refund check were never honored No empathy - I incurred $500+ in medical expenses (doctor visits, co-pays, treatments, travel), owner showed zero concern Refund mishandling - After agreeing to issue check (my card was cancelled due to fraud alert from unknown charge from this spa), owner issued refund to cancelled card anyway without informing me Boundary violations - After requesting all communication via mail, owner disregarded this professional boundary Industry Expert Perspective: This Is Dangerous As someone who trains spa owners worldwide on safety protocols and duty of care: this establishment presents a serious safety risk. In my training programs, I teach what to do when clients are injured: Immediately check on them Offer assistance Show concern and empathy Take full responsibility Follow up to ensure wellbeing This spa did NONE of these things appropriately or timely. Instead, they left me alone, showed indifference, and blamed me for their employee's negligence. This spa would never qualify for my curated collective and represents everything I teach spa owners NOT to do. Awards Don't Equal Quality Service This spa has been voted "Best Day Spa in Pooler" multiple times, yet other reviews cite consistent customer service failures. As someone who trains spa owners on truly award-winning service: awards mean nothing without the fundamentals--safety, accountability, communication, and genuine care. Real excellence is how you treat people when something goes wrong. The One Bright Spot The only person who demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer service was front desk staff member Becky. She kept her word, followed through, and treated me with respect. She's the only reason this isn't zero stars. Bottom Line I attempted to resolve this privately with integrity. I'm a woman of faith who prayed about this situation and hoped to resolve it as fellow believers and businesswomen (I'd even patronized the owner's faith-based coffee shop). Unfortunately, I've been consistently disregarded, invalidated, and treated as an afterthought. I cannot recommend this spa. If something goes wrong--and based on other reviews, this isn't isolated--you'll be on your own. As someone who visits spas worldwide and trains the industry on excellence, there are far better options that value clients, prioritize safety, and understand basic customer service. As someone who has trained countless spa professionals worldwide and created industry standards: this is not just poor service--it's a dangerous failure of the most basic duty of care. Please be cautious if you choose to visit this establishment.

(I'm sure you can schedule in advance if you don't want to chance it) The deep tissue massage itself was top notch. The staff and therapists were all friendly and communicative. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town and even bought gift certificates for some friends who live here. Small ask that maybe was remedied right away: the spa music was briefly interrupted by commercials at the start of the massage; maybe someone forgot to switch profiles from their free Spotify (or whatever) account to the paid version. I didn't hear any commercials again so I guess someone caught that.
