Eden Gallery showcases contemporary art & has multiple locations in Manhattan, as well as art galleries in Miami, Vegas, London, Colorado & Dubai. Eden Gallery at this location is on Broome St. in Soho, NYC. We attended the Garden of Eden Art Party in Nov. 2024. Security checked everyone's bags upon arrival & people with specific sized bags were not allowed to being them into the gallery. Some individuals opted to keep their bags outside near Security, however the gallery is not responsible for anything that happens to your property - it if gets stolen, lost, etc. I was able to keep my bag w/ me w/ out any issues. Once inside, there was a fixture that had chocolate treats - they were delicious. Buzzing w/ a great crowd & fabulous energy, the Garden of Eden Exhibit encompassed art on the 1st floor. Eden Soho Gallery has a basement w/ other artwork. Contemporary Art is my favorite & it was awesome to view the various sculptures, vibrant wall art, Basquiat- inspired art, Pop Art, limited edition art signed by the artists, etc. Thank you to the nice & friendly staff. Learning about many of the artists, & their background as well as what inspired their artwork was amazing. I understand that there are exclusive buyers that receive VIP treatment, but Eden Soho Gallery should allow everyone to view all of the art, which includes art on the upper floor. The Garden of Eden Art Party Event had an good open Champagne Bar. Meeting interesting artists throughout any event is always "icing on the cake" & the Garden of Eden Art Party was no exception. Conveniently located in SoHo, my friends + I walked here after lunch in the area. I visited the other Eden Gallery locations and this one is just as beautiful! Unfortunately, the staff here wasn't as friendly as the other locations, in my opinion. I love that there are a ton of fine arts on display that rotate every couple of months, so the exhibit never gets old. While this is one of the bigger locations, only one floor is open to the public for viewing. The other floors are for serious buyers. Overall, a decent exhibit to peruse if you're in the area to kill time! read more

We had a fabulous experience with Eden Gallery in SoHo. We worked with Julien and Luis, they helped design the space and worked with us to have the artist paint custom commissioned pieces from Italy. Luis came out to the house on Long Island with another gentleman to hang the pieces, which they did perfectly as well as bring out several other pieces for us to choose for a different space. All in all a pleasure to work with. read more

I've visited a couple Eden Gallery sites, this one and the one of 5th Avenue. The one on 5th grabbed me with their Eduardo Kobra displays and their bright, shiny, colorful exhibits. The staff was welcoming. The top floor wasn't open yet--bummer. The SoHo site is fine. Some sparkle and color. The staff acknowledged me and one even asked me if I collected art, though I can't tell if he was being nice or pretentious. I was told how this was the oldest and most prestigious Eden Gallery. This spot has three floors, but again, only one was open. This wasn't a BAD gallery. I've just been to cooler, more laid back, more accessible galleries. Where the WHOLE gallery is open. A little too stuffy for me. Should've known with all the art pieces centered around Louis Vuitton bags. read more

Rather small but filled with interesting pop art fusion pieces, both sculpture and wall art. Very post-modern and abstract/absurdist. I liked it, but it's unfortunate that the upstairs and downstairs sections/exhibits were closed. It's worth a 10min viewing. read more

Arrived at Eden Gallery for an opening exhibition. Popcorn and cupcakes were presented at the door. A massive blue octopus occupied the center of the main room, watching a lady Dj spin tunes. It's stunning inside, well lit, mosaic tile floors, with vibrant art that pops on all four levels. There were craft cocktails, live singers, an ice cream cart, Ladurée sweets and gorgeous edible cakes to match the paintings on the walls. There are many artists featured throughout the multilevel space, and the staff is wonderfully informative on pricing and availability. It was a beautiful evening of imaginative visuals, complimentative eats and drinks. Would gladly come back to the gallery or any event here to stroll the brightly colored spaces. Fraud: I've been waiting since December 2024 for a Gal Yosef painting that was promised to me. Prepayment: They take the money, and when I complain, they don't respond and make empty promises. No refunds for defective paintings, no response to emails. Absolute rip-off, and I can't understand the artists who work with such scammers. read more

My husband and I visited the Eden Gallery in Soho, NY and bought a sculpture by Dorit Levinstein, a lovely piece that we were super excited to have it in my home in CA. A month later, the day finally arrived for the delivery. One delivery man showed up at the gate and said he would leave the wooden crate box at the gate. I was dumbfounded to find out that he would not bring it in inside the house. Then, I begged him to at least have it placed in the garage. I asked him to at least open the wooden crate since they were shut closed with nails and of course I was told he couldn't do that. Now I am left with the wooden coffin in my garage. The sales person never informed us that this expensive piece of sculpture would be left in a wooden box at my door step and that I would have to hire someone else to pry open the box and have a very heavy piece of bronze sculpture moved to inside of my house. She was very eager to sell and admittedly we were excited to bring it home too but not in a box shut with nails like a coffin!!! I called the gallery and spoke to supposedly a director of multiple Eden galleries and found him to be even more disappointing and rude. I would expect a fine art gallery to have an exceptional white glove delivery service but I was so wrong. Even the proverbial Pottery Barn has a white glove delivery service. If the sales lady told me ahead of the time that this heavy piece of bronze sculpture would be left at the door step and I would have to hire someone to have it installed inside, I would have arranged to have someone come out ahead of time so I could enjoy the piece in my home upon arrival. Now it is just sitting in my garage for who knows for how many more days until I can get someone... I can not express enough how disappointed I am at this whole experience. I don't even know if I can enjoy this fine piece of art every time I look at it....so unfortunate!!! Future buyers....BE AWARE of the after service and the delivery process!!!! read more

Lots of painting and sculptures of The Beatles, Superman and other cartoon murals. Not all art is a Monet painting, art is beholden to person. I think this gallery hit me right into spot! While their main location at Madison Avenue is temporarily closed for renovation, this cute small substitute at SoHo was definitely not falling behind! Even though I was not able to walk upstairs to the second floor, I was caught eyes by lots of designs. The Beatles, dice showing from one to six, elephant, apple, you name it! Everything is, on the other hand, priced with a very high mark-up, which you can probably tell instantaneously. Definitely worth paying a visit if you are in this neighborhood. read more

Even though the event was amazing for the artworks and creatives whom came out, the person running the event didn't disclose previous information about not allowing personal bags to be brought in. It wasn't in the ticket, the ticket didn't ask for additional guest names or anything like that. I waited an hour + to get in and was forced out quickly towards the en did the night. I wasn't allowed an open form to speak in response but only to be spoken to or at and I was repeatedly pressured to leave the space alongside others while there were clearly more people with bags in the venue. Even some people with dogs were free to roam. It was to a point I became uncomfortable being there. other people were uncomfortable witnessing the repeated level of aggressive approaches & no I was not the only person this was done to. Security was even noticeably reluctant to just follow outlandish commands & this was at a time when the night was already over & me and the ppl I met were on our way out. As somebody who wants to put his work in Eden gallery, I would suggest speaking to the person running it and recounting the night because it was not handled well At all to the standards of Eden gallery's beautiful service and reputation. Ok so the art work I saw definitely 5 star. The pop art was amazing. However, my friend and I went at about 6, afterwork and was told we couldn't see the other floors unless we made an appointment or something. Later on we were told that during the day time you can walk all the floors. We were allowed downstairs only after potential buyers came in. We were kind of bummed bc there were at least two other levels of fantastic artwork we would've loved to have seen. Beautiful art work BUT the older caucasian basically bald man is extremely rude. This was my second time here and planned to buy a piece from an Italian artist & I asked him if I could use the bathroom and he said "No, we don't have a bathroom" & right after said "It's not opened to the public.". But wait let me get this straight, this is a store that's open to the public and I can't use your bathroom?! Please keep in mind that my first time here I used the bathroom upstairs & since this rude worker didn't know I was going to buy a piece, he didn't let me use the bathroom.
