I finally came here for the first time a few days ago because my husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I am very happy with my regular pedicure and dip powder manicure. Came out to $77. The only thing I did not care for was being charge $5 extra for doing five different colors on my finger nails. I never experienced that before. Everyone was friendly. Place is huge and seemed clean. I was shocked by how many color options I had for dip powder. They also did not give me a hard time for wanting dip powder like I have experienced in the past at other salons. read more

I love coming here. I get the green tea spa pedicure + If you pay cash it's only $47 and this includes all kinds of ointments plus the 10 minute leg and foot massage. They include a hot stone massage after they're done with the 10 minutes and then they use callus removal and manually scrape off the calluses after putting a certain gel on and they're soaking your foot as she's doing the other foot and they paint your nails perfectly. They put a hot steamer on your legs while they are working on them. Then they wrap your legs in green tea, Or whatever of the 12 things you pick, And the wrap has foil on it and then on top of that plastic wrap so it stays on and moisturises your legs while they're doing your toes. I bring my own polish and top + base coat because I don't like any kind of tolene in my polish + I don't know what's in other people's polish but it never smells bad in there + they have thousands of polishes. They have filters that's draw all the smell away from you. You never have to wait because they have 13 pedi chairs and even in the newly renovated 1 they have 12 chairs. I used to go to the one on River Road (same owner) which is newly renovated but this one is so big and so gorgeous with chandeliers on the ceiling that I started going here last year and I just stayed here even though it's 5 minutes further from the house. They are both in Fair Lawn and they have ones in different towns as well.You don't have to make an appointment and I don't but you can make one, but since I never had to wait anyway I just don't bother doing that. Everybody's polite and it's really clean and this is the only place I will go because the massages are so great and when you're all done with your Toes or nails they give you a body massage while your toes are drying under the foot dryer. There's nothing they don't do because they even do acrylics on your toes if you want and it's just so very relaxing that I dozed off for a minute while she was massaging my legs. Check out this relaxing experience that leaves your nails or toenails looking great. Because I teach piano and guitar, I never have my nails done but people walk out and their nails look great. read more

Just got my nails done on Saturday, but Sunday morning I woke up with the gel already pealed off. I get acrylics done because they are strong and last me awhile.. but the nail tech filed my nails so much that it's super fragile and thin. I wanted to like this place because it's beautiful inside and they have a lot of staff, but I just can't do it. Super unhappy and wasted $118 on these terrible nails that won't last me a week. read more

I go to both of their salons in Fairlawn because my nail guy, Jackie, works at both. I've been following him for about 10 years now. Wherever he goes, no matter which location he moves to, because he is just the best, trust me. (I've tried other people, gone to multiple salons the times that Jackie wasn't working). He always makes sure my nails are exactly what I want, and if not, he fixes them instantly. Pays attention to detail and makes sure all my nails are uniform. There is a bit of a language barrier but still gives you want you ask for. You can ask to use his google translate too! - both salons look nice and new (one brand new- the other recently renovated) - I've never had issues with anyone who has done my pedis either or at the counter - Few pics of my nails done by Jackie through-out the years - Reasonable prices read more

I came here multiple times and never had a problem. When I came in today I warned the nail lady that I have a deep cut on my finger and to be careful in a nice way. She did one of my nails very crooked and I asked her nicely to fix it and she began having an attitude pulling my nails and being very rough. The nail still looked the same after "fixing" it and I asked politely for another person to fix it. The next nail lady also had an attitude but fixed the nail good enough, then I just asked to make it a little shorter since I work in a restaurant and she proceeded to tell me if you don't like it I will take off all your nails and you can go to another salon. How rude of her to say that mind you I had to leave for work in one hour. I went to the manager to ask again if someone else can continue and she said no we are busy, meanwhile there are two other nail artists sitting watching Netflix and I just told the previous nail artist to please continue and she was very rough the whole time and dug her nail right in the cut that I warned her about, and she kept saying I want to take off all of your nails. I had a great experience at this new location today! I have gone to the River Road location for a few years now so I figured I would try the new location! Jasper did my nails and he did a great job and I was very happy with how they came out. He was quick but did a great job. He was very friendly and focused when doing my nails. Definitely will be back and I will be making an appointment with Jasper. The new location also looks beautiful!! Looks like an expensive spa and it is very clean! read more

I normally don't do this but let me just start by saying I tried to give them a fair chance and let them correct the mistake. I got my nails done here a few days ago simple pink with crome powder over the top. By the next day the Crome was coming off and both of my thumbs chipped. I went in first thing this morning to see if someone could fix it for me. I ended up leaving with nails that looked even worse than what I came in with. I will not be going back. read more

I tried this place for the first time . The place is clean and very nice. The guy that did my pedicure was very quick might've taken him 20 minutes to do my pedicure. My cuticles are not that great. He didn't really cut them and make them look clean no oil on the cuticles before he cut them either and when it came to scraping my underneath of my feet, he did a quick job. They're still rough underneath. I had to put oil on my cuticles and cream on my feet cause they look dry The oil that they put in the bag to put on the heels of your feet, he barely put oil in it.. Maybe it was just that guy I might try again and hopefully get somebody else that's a little bit thorough and does a better job. If not I'll just go someplace else. This place is horrible. I've given them several chances, hoping that they got better, but no such luck. it's a shame because they are located very close to my house. I have even tried their new, beautiful location on Maple Ave. but there is no difference. They use mostly young men who do not know what they are doing. I have gotten some of the worse manicures there. I have had to stop right in the middle, and call the owner over to take a look at the horrible job. I have been cut several times and as my toe was bleeding one time, the owner kept putting polish on my nail. The location on River Road is filthy. The dust on the shelves is 1/2 inch thick. You would think that they would have the employees clean up rather than sitting there with their heads down on the table while waiting for customers. The gentleman who claims to be the owner, is very rude when you complain to him. I'm surprised that they opened this second location when the first one is dead. It looks pretty but don't be fooled. They have to invest in workers who know what they're doing. read more

I rarely write reviews but I feel the need to write this one simply because what i just experienced was so disheartening and had this never happened this place would be my new nails spa going forward. So my man and i visited Eden Nails and Spa yesterday and we both asked for the green tea spa pedicure which includes a 10 minutes foot massage, hot stone, parafin wax and deep disposable plastic tub. My man received those listed items but I did not. I didn't question it at the time but we continued and he also got a manicure and I got a full set of tips and eyebrow waxing which was fine. We both enjoyed the nail techs that did our hands and we tipped. At checkout the total was $175, again that was fine too. I get home and realize how bad the polish job was on my toes, no big deal I went back today to have it fixed and I was treated as if they were doing me some kind of favor. I had a not so nice interaction with the owner but proceeded to let them fix the paint job. As I'm sitting there I look at the menu and realize all the services that I paid for and didn't receive yesterday. Long story short the owner asked the tech that did my feet yesterday if he performed the services listed which he blatantly lied and said he did. I told the owner to check the cameras to which he laughed like I was lying over a $40 pedicure. I'm actually livid how people lie and how customers aren't valued after spending their hard earned money. The establishment is absolutely beautiful but the costumer services sucks.
