Although they do a good job the experience once again was horrible, and I do not regret my choice of leaving this nail salon. My husband and I had 1 PM appointments for a couples pedicure and then I had a gel manicure appointment for immediately after. They were overbooked and understaffed and could not help us. They told us we could get pedicures, but we could not be near each other so we couldn't have that couples experience That we were looking for. However, they sat us in these two random chairs filled the pedicure bucket with water and left us there for 30 minutes. They clearly were not ready for us once again. Amy was not there and they were having such a difficult time accommodating people who had appointments. I do not recommend this nail salon.

It was the end of the day, and I believe I was the last client, but the staff still welcomed me warmly. I asked if they had any availability for a pedicure, and without hesitation, the front desk lady brought me over to a chair and began setting things up. Shortly after, Elmira, the nail tech who took care of me, finished the service -- and she was wonderful! Most of the supplies used were disposable, everything came from fresh packaging, and the tools were sealed in sanitized pouches -- a huge plus for me! I had been a client here about six years ago, but I stopped going because back then, the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards. Tools looked reused, and the overall experience didn't feel as sanitary. So this visit was a really pleasant surprise. Elmira didn't rush, even though we finished around 10 minutes past closing time. She took her time cleaning up my nails, massaging, and polishing them -- and I could tell she really cared about doing a good job. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail is rare, especially at the end of a long day. The salon itself is clean -- a little bit outdated in decor, but comfortable. Soft music played in the background at the perfect volume, making the whole experience even more relaxing. Gel pedicure was only $40! For the service I received and the cleanliness of the environment, that's an incredible value. I made the appointment several days in advance. Prior to my appointment I received a call to see if I could move it because another customer wanted a longer service. I eventually rebooked for a few days later with the same technician. When I went in I said i was there for a 4:45 appointment with the technician and was brought to another desk with someone else. I did notice the technician I was supposed to see was busy so I figured someone else was going to start. That wasn't the case. Anyhow, I figured it's a regular manicure, what could be the issue... she asked if i wanted them filed or cut, they were cut very short, not the end of the world but not what I was expecting. the cuticle pushing and cutting was quite rough and my nails are uneven. I left, figuring ok, bad day but after getting in my car the nail polish literally slid off my nails... This has never happened to me. I would blame myself if i didn't let them dry enough but I sat for a long time. I know I should have gone back but i was there for over an hour and I have no more time to deal with it today.
