However, the only other nail tech said she also had an appointment so she couldn't either. I waited for about 5 minutes as the two of them went back and forth about who's fault this miscommunication was before I just walked out. I was upset that they scheduled me without having availability. However, what really pissed me off was them sitting there to argue with one another rather than simply apologizing for the inconvenience. Clearly horrible customer service and I would never step foot in here again.

She was rude and refused to finish the service because she was told " this is not like the picture I showed you " when she cut the nails shorter than what the costumer wanted. She got mad and nasty, removed the nails and refused to do the service even though the customer agreed to pay the $10 extra. The was the lowest customer service we ever saw in the whole entire world.
