I have been going to Snoopy Nails for a little under a year now. I go and see Kelly every time and love how my nails turn out every time I go. I get a gel manicure and they last over three weeks at least. the time she puts in and the attention to detail is refreshing. its a relaxing time and everyone is really friendly. You won't catch me in another nail salon. I get compliments all the time by friends. love them! read more

Only one star because they wouldn't allow 0. New owners, same terrible service. I went in as a walk in on a Friday night. I called beforehand to see if I could be fit in and was told to come in. The woman Kelly, who happens to be the owner was the one to do my nails. If I am paying for a service, $70 to be exact, I am going to ask for specifics. I know my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I told Kelly i did not want my nails too wide because, 1 - because too wide causes my gel to lift and 2 - i have tiny hands and tiny nails, I know what works. As she was doing them, I kept telling her they were too wide. She told me she knew what she was doing, if she did them the way I asked, it would cause my nails to pop out. I have never heard this is my life. I allowed her to finish, giving her the benefit of the doubt. While she was finishing, I had my feet swept over by one of the employees cleaning up to close for the evening.​ She asked if I liked them and I said no, but she continued to clean her station as if it was a job well done. I paid and left. I knew if I would have stayed and complained, I would have walked out without paying. I called the next day and spoke with Andy who was very pleasant at first and when receiving my complaint he became defensive and rude. He told me they know how to do nails there. I didn't know what I was talking about and they did not want customers like me and not to come back. It's a shame because it's a small town with a lot of nail salons here and poor customer service will be the death of this business. read more

This place is extremely clean, which is most important. I have found everyone pleasant and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Have only used mani/pedi services, not waxing. Very happy with quality of work. read more

Honestly, and sadly, I could've done a better job painting my nails myself. Everyone was very nice, but my nail tech was super distracted and did not do a great job. I got a regular pedicure and manicure - both are streaky and sloppy. It felt rushed and I'm unsatisfied as I dont get mani-pedi's on a normal basis. I only do it for special occasions and now I have sloppy fingers and toes. I was happy to find a nearby salon and really hoped it would be a good experience so I could continue going there. Unfortunately, I dont think I will. read more

The last experience I had wasn't very good. I went in on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't very busy when I walked in. Normally I wouldn't mind the wait, but what bugged me was that people who walked in after me were taken after me and I was forced to waif even longer than normal. I was getting my eyebrows done and I was getting a pedicure. They put my feet in the tub to soak and almost over flooded the tub because they put me there for half an hour and attended to other customers. They kept trying to up sell and at that point I just wanted to leave. My toes got done and my eyebrows look fine. I didn't get my normal girl so I wasn't completely thrilled with the results but I'm satisfied. read more

Went there with my daughter for a gel manicure and pedicure. Within 5 days the polish was lifting at the tips of our fingers. Also, the woman who did our manicure must of had vision issues and painted our cuticles. Once our nails started to grow, the base of our nails started to lift and chip! This happened to both of us. Also, our pedicure was mediocre at best. That was the worst $100 I ever spent and we will not be returning this this salon! read more

I give this salon 2 stars because of its cleanliness and attention to hygiene. They also use individually wrapped pedicure equipment for every customer, which was a nice touch. I found them to be ridiculously overpriced however, I mean who charges $5 dollars for gel polish removal for the UV gel manicure that they themselves placed a few weeks before?? Also, I didn't appreciate the shame tactics used by one of the nail ladies, trying to embarrass me into getting an eyebrow wax! Finally, because she felt rushed to do my nails (no one but my sister and I were in the place), she filed down the remaining gel color and ruined my nails, the manicure chipped and my nails all broke within a day! I was a loyal customer for many years, but this last visit WAS my last visit. Spend your money wisely and elsewhere folks... read more

This place can be as clean as they want to be but they are nasty and mean/. They make you feel unfomfortable by speaking in their language while staring at you. MY gel manicure chipped ( 3 nails) after 2 days so I went back to get them fixed, after the lady saying it was my fault they chipped she reapplied gel over the nails causing them to all chip even more after a few days. Very nice workers but they do not understand English to well. I went there a few times told them I needed the halogen if wax. Twice they used the regular wax on me. I broke out severely and some of my skin was missing. Of course I contacted them n got a refund but I'll never use them again. read more
