I made an appointment over the phone on Monday said I have a wedding to go to this weekend and need my nails to be done perfectly. I asked for French tip LCN when they draw the French. The tech was absolutely amazing however did not do what I wanted and said gel polish French is better (no it's not I've tried it several times and prefer the white LCN gel). I told him it's ok if he can't do it and I'll get it done next time. He was very friendly and nice! I paid $115 for a new set with an ombré. It's a shame I won't go back there to see him! I waited for 20 mins to get a pedicure and they just found whoever was done first. Maria was very sweet however the pedicure is a different story the quality is definitely not there. I usually pay $50 for my pedicures and get a nice massage and hot stone at nails spa and beyond. My 7 year old get a gel mani and pedi when I went to pay they charges $75! I've never paid more than $40 for her gel mani and pedi. $16+25 for her pedi and 9+25 for her mani. That's absolutely insane to pay for a child with tiny nails on her hands and toes. When I said this is ridiculous and I won't be paying it the owner told me she'll take $20 only this time and the woman at the register said next time don't do gel if you're not willing to pay. Sorry but I wasn't asking for her opinion on what I should be doing with my child's nails. I wanted to love this place I really did. I gave it another try after I had a disaster experience there last year when I was bounced from tech to tech while they were making rude comments about me in Spanish. So sad that after giving it another try it's still a no go! read more

And all the time during their treatment they're talking Spanish with other colleagues. If you find the professional, register and come only to him/her - it can be good experience. I can't recommend Eden. The staff is pretty rude. I once had a badly cracked toenail and the pedicurists will literally laughing about it. I always wind up coming here last minute when I can't get an appointment somewhere else and I won't be doing that anymore. Their pedicures and toe polish changes are half as good as anywhere else I've been. Most places do 75% of a regular pedicure and today they didn't even trim my cuticles. The staff are always so rough during filing and clipping. In the last few years they have also started to use such cheap products. The girl who did my nails today destroyed my pedicure when she put my flip flops on and had to redo several nails. My chin was on the floor. She didn't even apologize. read more

Almost $100 later and my nails and toes look like a kindergartner did them. There was a lot that frustrated me but the most significant thing was that I had to ask multiple times for the girl to make my fingernails even. They were literally each a different length. Had a terrible experience there this week. One of the men gave me a pedicure and cut my toe nails so short I'm actually in pain even putting my shoes on. Then during the massage he was so rough it actually hurt as he rubbed my legs and I kept asking him to go softer. Then he burned me with the massage rocks after. My favorite nail salon, they do such an amazing job. Very clean, they put plastic over the pedicure tub every time and always use fresh tools. Also, really like the salon itself...It's bigger and more open than other nail salons in the area. They also follow all covid protocols, with masks and dividers at manicure stations. What was the icing on the cake was their appts are never on time. I made a pedicure 3 separate times this week only to be cancelled on 3 separate times! Terrible. First thing you notice is the guy sitting behind the reception desk looks like you owe him a million dollars. No smile, no greeting, barely wants to acknowledge you. I got a regular pedicure. It's my first time there so I wanted to check it out before I spend $$. The pedicure was ok, took less than 20 mins, nothing spectacular. Then I was seated at the drying station where a guy comes over and starts massaging my shoulders. After a few about 2 mins, he asks if I was interested in getting a back massage for $ ( I forgot how much). I politely said no, and he disappeared as quickly as he showed up. Fast forward a week later, my nail polish is chipping. I've never had nail polish chipped on my toes before. I've had pedicures that have lasted for over a month! Over crowded, clearly incapable of effectively managing appointments, manager running around barking orders while she delivered hot water to stations in trash cans as their hot water heaters clearly couldn't support the volume while staff and customers stand overtop of others, while they work, to quickly jump into their seats. With these poor conditions, how safe or sanitary can today's experience have been? Times are bad, businesses are hurting but to book beyond capacity is not a solution and puts all at risk. This was my second time coming here and the first time I loved this place, and I'm extremely disappointed. When I first walked in the girl that was doing my nails said to the front desk she didn't have time right in front of me. Then when she took me she was rushing and had an attitude. My nails are not consistent and she cut me a million times. The guy who did my pedicure was super nice and gave a great massage but my toe nails are completely messed up. He cut them WAY too short and jagged and my pinky toe barley has any paint on it. The bill was high 77$ for a gel fill and pedicure. I come here every month and decided to have my sister in laws entire bridal party come in. I have rarely any complaints for any of the staff except Nancy. The brides mother sat with her 2 hours for gel extensions, and after she nicked her and made her bleed, the nails were very bumpy and just ugly. We asked David to fix her work because this is for her wedding and he thankfully was able to take it all off and re do it. We still gave Nancy a tip but she was very unapologetic and staring and gossiping at the bridal party as if she was not in the wrong. Management handled this situation greatly, which we appreciated a lot, but do not get Nancy unless you want an attitude and bad nails. read more

Didn't love my manicure/pedicure here. I specifically asked the nail technician if the gel color I chose would be too clear once applied, and she reassured me it would not be. This has always been my go to for getting a manicure and a pedicure. I was a customer when it was Luxi - i've been going here for at least 6-7 years. It's the only place in town where my manicure lasts for more than three days. I've tried other places and always find myself coming back here. The new management has brought pros and cons to the situation. On the pro side, they now offer many other services including massage (which are incredible). On the con side, I find the new management to be unfriendly. It feels very much like a factory right now. I've had several situations where management has disregarded my experience - after all, manicure and pedicure is not just about getting the nails painted. It's about relaxing and enjoying the experience. Especially with these prices. If I could find someplace else that does a better job at enhancing the experience without sacrificing on the quality of the manicure I would go there. read more

This place is great! You can walk right in and get your mani/pedi. Plus they're open on Sunday for you ladies who have the 9-5 job and just can't get there during the week. Aside from giving a stellar manicure, they have someone who walks around and for $10 you can get a 10 minute massage. It's a win-win.
