First let me say they respond extremely quick on here which is amazing, and they answered all my questions without making me feel stupid or annoying. John (the owner) helped set up my appointment and Sandy (my nail tech) greeted me upon walking in. She took my temperature and had me sanitize my hands immediately. I then picked my colors and the services began. They require masks be worn but do still offer you beverages during your service which is nice. The salon was super clean and really pretty inside while also following covid-19 restrictions. Every station had shields up to block you from the nail tech and they were even placed at the nail drying table. Sandy did an AMAZING job and made sure to take her time with my pedicure and fill in. I loved that she asked if my color was okay and if I was happy with everything multiple times. She also asked about my life which is nice, felt like she cared. I will DEFINITELY be returning. I have found my new nail spot when i'm in Cincinnati. The 30 minute drive is 100% worth it! read more

The whole team is super friendly and respectful. Ive tried many nail salons in the city, this one is the best. Sandy and Gerald do amazing with acrylic and dip nails. I am always happy with the results. They never did me dirty and I always get complimented on my nails. They remember me and my favorite nail color choices at every visit. The experience is always personable and friendly. I feel very happy when I get my nails done here. Prices are reasonable they do not over charge or scam you. If you visit often you can have a loyalty card where after a certain amount of appointments you get a discount on one appointment. they always play nice music too. The place is clean as well you can't go wrong here. I will always be loyal to this place. I've even done some pedicures here I had such a great experience as well. 10/10 read more

I'm so happy today. Finally, I found a nail spa that is perfect. This salon is a quiet, beautiful place to sit and relax. And then there are the nail treatments! I enjoyed an Ultimate Pedicure and a Regular Manicure. My feet and legs were pampered like never before. They were moisturized, sugar scrubbed, paraffined, hot stoned, softened, clipped, shaped and polished precisely. Then came the supposed regular manicure. My hands were soaked, massaged, oiled and polished. When they brought the bill, the prices were so reasonable, I thought they had made a mistake. There was a generous credit for scheduling ahead, although walk-ins are welcome. I drove from Loveland and it only took 20 minutes. It was so worth it. Yay! read more

This place definitely does not disappoint! Sandy did my SNS nails and you can tell she knows what she is doing and she is very careful and does an awesome job. They are the perfect shape and she asked several times to make sure they were what I was wanting. Vanessa did my gel pedicure and she also did an awesome job. She took her time and didn't rush and also made sure I was loving the color, nail length etc. The employees here make sure your experience is 5 stars and they really take everything to the next level. I visited Nvision during my short stay in Cincinnati. The place was nice and clean. The staff were professional, attentive and easy going which made for a good experience. The service selection was plentiful (no pressure upgrades) and the prices were just right. I bought some gift certificates to give away to family so they can have the same experience as I did. My daughter and I had such a fantastic first experience at Nvision! They met us at the door with a warm welcome & temp check. Upon sitting down for our pedicures, water was offered and they even asked if the air temp was comfortable! Terrific job by both technicians during pedicure and manicures. The best salon I've been to in a long time. I'm a single mom and had to bring my one year old son. they were more than willing to help me with him when he started getting fussy while i got my nails done, also educated me on the difference between dip and acrylic. went in planning to settle on a design i didnt really want but showed her a picture and left with exactly what i wanted. love love love read more

Went here today for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. I was looking for a salon closer to home than the previous one I was frequenting. My expectations were high because I love that salon. The nail techs are so personable, they remember the smallest details about us and always ask how we're doing and make great conversation during.
