There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. After his normal business hours, he still made time to come over and help me out. Not only did he order the parts for me at a deep discount, but instead of just knocking the job out himself, he patiently walked me through the entire process step by step. He showed me exactly how to do it so I could handle it myself should the need ever come up in the future. What really stood out, though, was what a genuinely kind and sincere person he is.
