She gets back on the phone and says hello, so I say hello. Then she starts telling me about my issue and states I don't know she seems kind of wishy washy to me. I respond with this is Paula you know the one that is wishy washy, and she laughs. She then asks me to hold again. She transfers me to Karen. Karen answers the phone hello, and I say hello. She rudely asks what can I do for you? I tell her my issue. I also tell her that she should give proper training to her employees on how to operate a telephone. Especially, if they are going to talk about the customers, and call them names. She doesn't apologize for her employee's behavior. Karen states that she can't assist me with my dispute because she isn't sure what category the reason would be. So basically she doesn't know what box to check. This branch has horrible customers service. I'm not sure what business allows employees to talk about customers in this fashion. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. In regards to my dispute the fact is I didn't receive the item, the item was a fake, and I don't want the item. I'm not sure what is so difficult about issuing a refund. I never had this issue with Bank of America.

Inside there is a spacious lobby and a friendly customer service representative directed me to the machine. She also apologized for technical problems with the ATM in the drive-up facility. I was able to get my tasks done quickly and back to my vacation. Recommended.

They ask occasionally for more of my business. That will never happen! Because business accounts cannot have a TOD, I need a second signature on the business account. This will require me to drive 300 miles to McAllen, because both the new signer and I have to do this in person together. Carlos, at the Fredericksburg, Tx branch set it up for 3pm, Feb 28. Both of us signers needed it to be at 4pm, and Carlos said he would take care of it by phone and call me right back--same day, as their system would not allow it, but it could be done with a call from him to his colleague in McAllen. Well, he never called back. I've since called him and his colleague AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES. It's impossible to even get through to either branch, as all calls are forwarded to "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Customer Service is in INDIA and they cannot forward calls back to the branches. Nor it seems can they get messages through to Carlos in Fredericksburg or Emanual Lopez in McAllen. CHASE, abolish your customer service department, because the fact that you have a department named so, seems to make you think you have customer service. You do not have customer service.

Then, if you also open a saving account and try to deposit or withdrawal money from the atm, you can't do guess what?
